Are you using IE10, metatheurgist?  The quote button isn't working in that browser, if I recall correctly, but it should be in others.

I can dig it. Looks pretty good. Although it just logged me out when I clicked to page 2, and I had to log back in again.

I saw a thread a while back that IE actually didn't quote. IDK why. Try using Mozilla or Chrome instead and it will work 100%

Quoting does work when you turn on BBC code in the quick reply window underneath the thread. Click on the little switch icon, then on quote in the post you want to quote. The Quickreply window should now have something like [ quote ] etc. in it. without spaces of course.

Could be worse.

The post count rebuild should have finished yesterday; so yes it should be accurate and will include posts made on the BSN.
