Another question.

So we got new forums and my question is.

I got in old account, game profiles for Mass Effect 2 and Dragon Age: Origins. Now will be easier to transfer this, or i still must contact with EA Support and use my telephone?

Because i don't want use telephone, low money ya know. Is there other options?

You add Dragon Age: Origins the same way as you added a profile link for Dragon Age 2 and Mass Effect 3, but since Mass Effect 2 doesn't have a web component you can't add that under your profile picture.

If you are having problems with adding Dragon Age: Origins I made this thread when I was having trouble and added a post showing how I fixed it.

I hope this helps.

I can't even figure out how to add Mass Effect 3...

1. Go back to the old BSN site

2. Click your avatar over on the left-hand side of the page

3. Click the "Games" tab

4. Under the section marked "Mass Effect 3 - Player Profiles" you should see two links

5. Click the link marked "Mass Effect 3 - PC [Your Username]"

6. Copy the URL from that link, then come back to the new BioWare Forum

7. Select your username at the top of the page on the right-hand side, go to "My Profile"

8. At the top of that page, click the "Edit My Profile" button

9. At the bottom of that page, find the "Game Profiles" section

10. Paste the link you copied earlier into the box marked "Mass Effect 3" and then click "Save Changes".

Done! You can do the same with Dragon Age: Origins and Dragon Age 2, as well.

Ah my bad.  That is something that I think EA would have to do, I have had good luck with the Origin Chat system to get help with my issues.  Sadly at times there is a long wait, but normally that is because of a new release or patch.

I tried few times to transfer my game profies, but everytime they sended me to use telephone, and as i said. I don't have much money to contact EA Support via telephone. ;/

I know its an old thread but I have just tried to link the profiles to my New Bioware Forum profile, failed, got frustrated, found the post below, followed it to the letter and it worked like a charm.

Thank you!
