Update 01/03/16
Most of my mods are now updated to DLC format and posted at Nexus now. The Miranda mod has been passed over to AVPen who has released a larger Miranda mod that includes my original. That's the way to go for Miranda. Now working on a crazy mod partly to see if I can make it work out but also just because...putting Adam Jensen's head/face/hair from Deus Ex Human Revolution into the game as an option for Shepard. Either try replacing the default Shepard or the custom preset head and one of the hairs with Adam's.
He's already boned with Shepard's skeleton and skin-weighted. The texture for the neck needs to be tweaked to look better. I finished building his hair mesh for ME3 (his DEHR hair mesh is not really transferable). About to test drive in my own game.
Also working on a new look for EDI. Not sure if it will turn out as I hope - I'm using Tricia Helfer's face as a diff image for EDI's face. Try and make her look like her model/voice actress.
DLC_CON_Geto01, the comprehensive Ashley+ DLC mod is now updated at Nexus. It is now 100% plug-and-play like normal DLC. Also, squad images now match with what Ash and Liara wear from the DLC. ALSO, Ashley now gets yet another new armor: the Ajax. The Ajax armor replaces her Alliance uniform on missions but she still wears it on the Normandy and on the Citadel. Follow link below!
I've generated and posted my Tali Full Face mod as a DLC now at Nexus. http://www.nexusmods...ect3/mods/401/?
I've produced my Traynor bathing/romance mod as a small, simple DLC now too:
http://www.nexusmods...ect3/mods/400/?
NEW: Someone asked, so I checked. The Traynor Long Hair mod IS compatible with my small Traynor DLC if the user mesh mods the 2 files in my DLC that contain Traynor's hair. I posted a howto at Nexus on my Traynor DLC download page. I confirmed that the long hair mesh import works with Traynor's default hair texture even though the mod contains a new hair texture to use with it.
Added new ME1 armor texture in DLC_CON_Geto01. Changes the ME1 urban camo to a modern digital camo based on real-life camo as in image below. I also generated a new helmet texture pattern for these armors. Ash gets the N7 version and Liara the generic version. http://www.nexusmods...ect3/mods/399/?
New digital camo pattern on heavy ME1 armor in DLC_CON_Geto01
The DLC mod works but is still a work in progress. Now at version 10. Replaced the Colossus armor textures with ME1 urban camo. It is easier to get looking good in ME3 (Colossus is a royal pain and also quite dark). Once version 9 is up I can edit the images for Ashley and Liara so their squad shots look like the new armors.

The DLC redux is complete. Finally. A major pain to work out an issue with competing/conflicting pcc files but it finally works. It's called DLC_CON_Geto01 and is MOSTLY an Ashley comprehensive mod but with more. All my Ashley mods are included from ME1 face, ponytail, romance mod, armor tweaks, alliance uniform, hospital tshirt, and the plus: I've also included the full clear face helmet mod for all characters AND replaces both Ashley's pink catsuit and Liara's alternate uniform from DLC_OnlinePassHidCE (Collector's Edition) with ME1 Colossus armor. For now. Future updates will put EDI mods into it and alternate ME1 armor textures. Available here: http://www.nexusmods...s/?id=179&pUp=1

An older mod I have worked on, off and on, for a while is a mod to bring a few people/faces from Deus Ex: Human Revolution into ME3. I have Keitner's head (and even her body) and hair from the game and stuck it on Aller's body, then modified the body to be closer to Keitner's (slimmer, trimmer). The mesh went in and didn't crash my game and doesn't appear to even need any skin weight changes. The textures are all misapplied so I just need to get the mesh segments organized to match Allers' but after that she should be good to go. Too bad I can't give Allers Keitner's voice too. Perhaps an enterprizing woman amongst the audience who doesn't have a girlish voice but instead can pull a no-nonsense voice could re-do all Allers' dialog and make THAT a mod too?
Here's Keitner's head on a modified Allers body in the game. She's 99% ready. Only things left is to map textures to her eyes and eye lashes, fix a single triangle around her neck so it doesn't show up slightly differently in skin tone.
Also considering using Adam Jensen's head from DEHR as a replacement for Shepard's default face. Maybe make Jensen's body (with the long coat) an option for "civilian" attire(?).
Next update to my Ashley mod will involve replacing her pink catsuit from the CE DLC version of the game with Colossus armor from ME1.

I am currently re-trying to generate my mods in DLC form. As I work on the Ashley DLC I realize that I must expand it to include more than Ashley so it will be more of a larger Alt Appearance Pack type DLC that includes all my Ashley mods plus others that overlap. Primarily this means the Full clear face helmet mod. So the DLC, should it work, will be all of Ashley plus the helmet mod for Ash and all other characters (including Liara). As for Liara it will also include the edited Shade armor. I'm also trying to replace Ashley's pink cat suit in the CE DLC with Colossus Armor from ME1.
Other DLCs will be smaller and specific: Miranda, Tali, and Traynor.
Get your ME3Explorer here (and go with rev717, NOT the latest): https://github.com/M...plorer/releases
I am slowly providing pcc files for most of these mods just for that purpose.
Tali full face mod now updated at Nexus. This mod gives Tali a fully functional, complete face and reduces the opacity a bit so it can be seen. The original mod had narrowed the hips a bit but they are now back to their normal width again. http://www.nexusmods...ect3/mods/170/?
Nude bathing Traynor mod is updated and posted at Nexus. This mod took a minor irritant of mine from the game (her taking a bath in Shep's Citadel apartment in her underwear) and corrected it. Because this body and texture is also shared by FemShep, the side effect is that now Traynor and FemShep are both nude in their romance scene. http://www.nexusmods...ect3/mods/171/?
EDI head and body mod is back in action. I've pretty well tested the mod in my own game a lot and there have been no crashes or glitches for me. She looks like the EDI image below but I've eliminated the glowing visor. The mod is available at Nexus: http://www.nexusmods...d=1356694&pUp=1
Just updated to version 3 fixing a few stray errors I spotted while playing recently.
My Ashley mod (see below) is available here: http://www.nexusmods...s/?id=179&pUp=1
Includes alliance uniform, ponytail, ME1 face, topless love scene, tweaks to armors, plus full clear face helmet. Will soon be adding a couple pccs for Ashley in the Collector's Edition DLC (pink default uniform).
The full face clear helmet mod for everyone other than Ashley is here (Male and female Shep, Vega, Kaiden, Liara): http://www.nexusmods...s/?id=164&pUp=1 Now posted is a corrected helmet mod. The previous version had femshep but not male shep's helmet mod included. The new file includes both.
The Miranda new uniform/body mod is here. NOTE: if you have MEHEM installed you need to download an extra pcc file here to replace the same one in the MEHEM DLC folder: http://www.nexusmods...s/?id=172&pUp=1
I'll be posting the rest as they are available/finished.
EDI new face/body mod coming by end of week.

ME1 Legacy Armor Mod:
Colossus Armor ME1 Legacy Mod

Traynor/Femshep nude mod.
This mod "fixes" the irritating scene where Traynor takes a shower or bath in her underwear. The body mesh is smoothed out to eliminate signs of underwear and the texture, diff and norm, are modified to be nude as well (NSFW). Because Traynor and FemShep share the same body/textures the side effect of applying this mod is to make Femshep nude in any scene that she would normally be wearing the underwear. No images but a test-run of the texture only gives an idea of what to expect
IF you have Collector's Edition or for some other reason the mod doesn't apply, this is a manual installation package with instructions: Traynor-Femshep-shower-rom-manual-install.zip
ASHLEY MODS:
Ashley has her ME1 face mesh, edited ME3 face texture to reduce makeup, her body is more like that in ME1 (less voluptuous, less pin-up girl), and a topless romance edit so she isn't stuck in her underwear). This mod replaces her default uniform and hair (when wearing the uniform) with an Aliiance uniform and ponytail.
This is a texture mod (TPF) just generated today that SHOULD correct any texture issues with the Ashley Complete Makeover Mod (down below):
Ashley-Full-Makeover-Textures-Main.tpf

Clear helmet mod:
Hospital mod ncluded in big mod above.
Ashley's romance mod included in big mod above.
LIARA:
Liara helmet mod
Codpiece of this armor is made feminine rather than original masculine (manly) crotch armor plate.
Liara-Helmet-Textures-tpf.zip
Tali Full Face Mod:
Reduces the opacity of Tali's visor so you can see her new, fully animated face and makes some alterations to her body (dem hips are still all Tali but they are narrower and her breasts are slightly larger). The file is both a mesh *.mod file and an HD texture tpf file. The mesh mod includes opacity changes to the default and alternate uniform visors. The mod applies to both main game and DLC. If you have Collector's Edition and run into problems, let me know but first try extracting the texture files from the tpf and manually installing them in Texplorer.

.
MIRANDA:
Replaced her default uniform with a modified version of Ashley's default (Ashley gets an Alliance uniform instead). Nice texture work by AVPen for this one.

EDI's default uniform edit (reduced breasts, slimmed waist, slight posture correction, trimmed butt) and her head are (obviously) changed. New material settings eliminate her skin's gloss, improved skin weighting improves animation during speech so you can see tongue and teeth properly. Her hair is also now dark. This mod is all-inclusive, applying to DLC and Main Game.

For anyone looking to get into meshing with Blender...it is very doable (Tali, EDI, Adam and this Miranda mod is entirely Blender) but there are quirks to get used to. Export as psk from Blender works for import into UDK. UDK will then convert it to upk that imports into the game (via ME3Explorer -> Meshplorer) just fine. You can also export from Blender as *.fbx but make sure to set -Y Foward, Z up and select smooth groups "faces" (though "normals" can work too...experiment).
Keep these web pages in mind and close by for reference for modding:
Largon's tutorial on meshes with multiple UV maps:
http://me3explorer.f...ender-t898.html
At the end of this I would add that you either have to go to layer 1, click on the "View" menu at the bottom and select "Show all layers" before you export to psk OR (my preferred method now), select each separate object (show all layers) with Shift pushed and in their correct order (depends on the mesh and how its parts are listed originally in the pcc) and then hit Ctrl-J to join all the elements into one single object. This will export as psk just fine.
Largon mentions in the tutorial that he has also exported fbx format (and UDK will import that) BUT when I did that, while everything looked perfect in UDK, I noted that there was 1 extra bone listed (?). I have no idea what or where this bone was or where it came from but it appears that something got converted into a new bone OR something was added during export. This will screw up any attempt to import it into ME3.
A tutorial on weight transfers from one skin to another:
http://w11.zetaboard...opic/8324348/1/
Or this one (focused on Second Life meshes but the method still applies):
http://www.slunivers...der-2-64-a.html
And this one for altering a mesh's rest pose (I needed this to get Adam properly rigged because his rest pose is significantly different - the arms and hands, mostly - than ME3 characters):
[url="http://nixart.wordpr...ose-in-blender/
For Adam, I had his *.obj mesh in Blender then imported one of Shepard's default alliance uniform bodies, put Shepard into pose mode, move his arms and hands into as close to the same position as I could get them to Adam's, then reset the rest pose. From there it was simple to transfer the weights. To transfer the skeleton, I selected Shepard's mesh (NOT the bones) and deleted it. I moved the bones around in the hands/fingers a bit to get them more or less perfectly positioned, then selected the Adam followed by the skeleton (object mode) and hit Ctrl-P, then selected "Armature Deform". The skeleton was now part of Adam and all the weights to go with it. Also, before you ever export the mesh to psk (I do this first thing anyway), go into edit mode, select the Mesh menu at the bottom, then select "Faces" and in that submenu, select "Shade smooth". The mesh will convert from a blocky, triangulary mesh into a smoothly rendered mesh just like in games. Always do this before exporting as psk or the resulting mesh you import into UDK and into ME3 will be blocky too in the game.
From there it was a lot of editing of skin weights in the hands (mostly) because the bones and Adam's hands were still not really meant for each other. Point is, all the complex stuff can be done in Blender and Blender is free, uses far less memory or processor to work.
