Hallejuah!

Did any of my suggestions work?

There was something truly screwed up in my system somewhere, either in the ME3explorer directory or registry or the game itself.  I had to delete ME3exp and the game and reinstall both.  One or the other fixed the issue so your suggestions didn't get to the issue because they were deeper than that.

First DLC mod update.  Ashley, Citadel and DLC_HEN_PR.  Citadel includes the shortened sexy dress, alliance uniform, ME1 face and ponytail.  DLC_HEN_PR is an edit of the Shade Armor as well as ME1 head and ponytail.  Left to do is change the lo-res character (when she is not in your main squad during the big Citadel mission with ALL characters involved).  Non-squad characters have lo-res versions of themselves in the OTHER squad...I still need to swap out Ashley's original default uniform for an Alliance uniform at some point.  Minor issue:

Shot_Down: here you go, Miranda makeover mod (main game...DLC pending) plus textures. I went ahead with this one because it was so fast and easy to do - it was practically done already and organized for fast turnaround:

Miranda Makeover mod. Replaces her default uniform with a version of Ashley's default uniform (textures thanks to AVPen).  Mod is for Main Game only (DLC to come).  Mod contains the mesh and textures.  If there's a problem with the textures in game then try installing the TPFs (use TPF Tools!).  This mod was not QUITE finished, I believe, before I left.  There may be a few issues as yet - let me know and I can fix them rickytick.

Note to Dark_Ansem: I got your msg about Cortez and Kaiden and did a quick look.  Wouldn't be too hard but not simple with respect to the romance pcc file.  There would be a little bit of work there but not horrible.  I'll get to you when I get further along with my mod updates.

I actually wanted to ask you help also for a more general issue, but thanks :)

Getorex, I think you issue with the lo-res character has to do with the LOD, just make sure you swap out all of them.

The lo-res models are all the LC- meshes and lo-res textures in the Citadel DLC.  Not only are the meshes low poly, they all only have the bare min bones (14 I think).  It's not hard, it's just extra work I need to do that wasn't ready for the mod update and release.  I'll have to export a lo-res Alliance mesh and do a weight transfer and fix any weight issues, then import it and make a mod to finish it.

Ah...at this ancient time I tend to forget that people are actually JUST starting to play the game.  If possible, start with ME1.  Seriously.  Good story, good intro, painful controls (but they improve with each part).

The primary issues, as I recall, had to do with adding the outfit to the Citadel DLC (especially the Armax Arena), but there were no problems with the outfit for the vanilla game that I remember when testing it before.

Sounds vaguely familiar.  Would that be something like BioH_Miranda_CitSim.pcc or similar?

Just finished the Miranda DLC mod recreation (sans the arena...will try that in a bit).  Here's the Citadel Miranda mod: Miranda-New-Uniform-CitadelDLC.zip

This is the simulator mod, separated from the main Citadel DLC mod until it is confirmed to work properly.  It will then be folded into that.  Brings the mod to the Citadel simulator game: Miranda-Citadel-DLC-Sim.zip

That and her chest texture wasn't rendering in the Citadel DLC unless you were running the textures through Texmod, for some bizzare reason. (never did figure out the reason, but at the time, I suspected that it had to do with how ME3Explorer replaced DLC textures)

Hopefully that wont be an issue any longer.  There have been several iterations of ME3explorer since then and so far people installing my other updated mods have reported no texture issues.  I have been offering a tpf file for textures in case the mod (with textures in it) fails.  The tpf supposedly wont fail.

Great.  Was trying to get the Tali mod updated but TPF Tools refuses to handle the textures. No matter how I do it (mod to tpf or hand-create texmod.def, use texmod to create a tpf, etc) TPF Tools hangs forever on "generating hashes".

If I supply someone with the textures, would you see if you can get to a tpf that works?

This zip contains the current working textures for Tali, TLIa and TLIb.  http://www.mediafire...s-TLIa-TLIb.zip

Zipped up textures (added hash to filenames for convenience), def and tpf, this one generates hashes and matches fine for me, see how it goes on your end. http://www.mediafire...s-TLIa-TLIb.rar

Thanks Otte.  It works (at least it generates the hashes and is able to be installed) but it does complain that two textures are dups or refer to the same hash (TLIb and TLIc in the texture list).  Can you tell me what this is about?  I believe it was this issue that was jamming up my attempts to generate a tpf.  The mod file applies but if I try a mod to tpf in TPF Tools, it locks.  If I try it manually, it stalls.

If I load your tpf, TLIb and TLIc are bold and refer to same hash.  After running it, if I open Texplorer and search for TLIc, select the diff image it jumps to the wrong texture (a texture called simply "Body diff" and it is not the image just installed, and the hash is not what is in the def file).  If I select, for instance, qrn_arm_tlic_faceplate_diff in the list, then texplorer jumps to a section where qrn_arm_tlic_body_diff is ACTUALLY located and if I preview it, it is the original TLIb image.

Confusing.  In Texplorer, I then did the modmaker mode, right-clicked the REAL qrn_arm_tlic_diff image and added biggest image, made a mod from it, and ran it.  If I then do a mod to tpf of JUST that image change it works.  If I open the mods for TLIa, TLIb, and TLIc and save them as a single mod and try to do mod to tpf...locked TPF Tools.

They are the same texture so they share a hash. The norm for b and c are duplicates. Doesn't matter much, it makes sense if the model is (essentially) the same, it happens often enough it's just that now we can see it in TPF Tools.
