Better yet, here is a tpf that should bring the glow to both the default and alternate uniform, plus correct a slight glow from inside Tali's alternate uniform helmet.  While making the eye glow for the alternate I found some spurious violet color bands in the area of the spec that covers her face that I hadn't noticed before.

Just so you know, when I first took a look at glowing eyes for the mod a long time ago, I made the whole eye glow, then just the iris/pupil portion.  In both cases the pattern in the green iris showed through slightly in the glow and made her look REAL creepy - like a zombie from Walking Dead.  Ugh.  Not the effect I wanted at all.  Shiny pupils only works fairly well, I think.

Nice shots. You tend to get really good shots. If you get a chance could you get her in the alternate uniform? I'd like to confirm I got rid of the interior glow on her face and see her new eyes.

Here's some of her in the alternate armor, seems much more subdued but that may be because it was at the temple and it was night. When I get different lighting I'll post them:

The spec on the alternate has a fairly heavy alpha I suspect subdues the glow a bit. The opacity on the alt uniform visor is also a bit touchy. A tny adjustment and it is either mostly opaque or almost clear.

Thanks. I'm still in ME1 (on Virmire before the attack and Kaiden's demise) so I'm slightly otherwise occupied. I may tweak the glo-eye on Tali a little more on a game break...perhaps slightly increase the size of the pupil and, hence, the glow. Not major and I may wait until I get a chance to see it personally.

Has there been any thoughts on trying to get some texture on her skin? i have the tali mod, but i feel she kinda looks abit glossy :)

I can look but the "easiest" fix to glossy skin is likely in the Spec.  I already gave her (most recently) a normal map for the face to give it some texture.  I'll see what I can do with the Spec to eliminate any gloss.

Offtopic again...just started ME2 again after a looong time.  Almost unplayable.  Graphics issues are HORRIBLE and, so far, I am not finding a fix and am hoping someone who drifts through will know an answer.  Shepard's face is dark, almost black.  As he moves around there is a large black circle around him and when other characters or objects come within the circle, they become dark, virtually black.

Anyone know what the issue is or what the fix is?  NVidia graphics, latest driver.

First try is here.  I don't have the current ability to test it myself so I hope you or someone else would give it a look and post a pic so I can see if I did anything useful to the spec for Tali's face.  This applies to her default uniform face:

Have you tried reinstalling the game? I encountered that kind of issue once, but it was in ME3 in the Citadel DLC and it was with Miranda's Ash-suit mod in the Armax Arena a while ago when I was first testing the mod for you (her textures weren't being affected by the in-game lighting of the arena, it was like she had no spec or bump maps, black textures, etc)

Someone at Moddb indicated a problem with my EDI head/body mod.  I have been looking it over the last hour and did see a couple of issues.  The user said her face was darker than her scalp/neck.  While I didn't see that, exactly, there was a clear demarkation between the two so I have been tweaking the Spec and Diff textures.  I'm getting close to a fix on the texture level.  I've also finally given her dark hair:

As soon as I get it about as close to "perfect" as I can I will release a texture update.  

 

I also note a bit of an issue with her mouth.  I'd swear I fixed this long ago so I suspect that when I updated the mod to the newer ME3explorer I must have used an older mesh model.  Her mouth weights are not quite right so you don't see her teeth as she speaks.  This is always because vertex weights for parts of the inner lips are wrong and don't allow the mouth to fully open.  I'll fix that next and get a new mesh fix out.

The EDI image above with the hair appears to be an all or nothing deal.  If I place white in the alpha mask over the portion of her spec related to her hair, the above black hair results.  If I make that part of the alpha mask very light gray, ALMOST white, the hair goes to slightly darker gray again, like her uniform above.  I can't seem to get it into a mid-tone.

I discussed it with Largon (the EDI-to-Eva mod) and the process is quite complicated.  I will get around to it but it requires me to get the textures correct first, then try to mess with the materials.  

 

Furthermore:  more discussion with Largon indicates it may not be worth the effort.  There are limits to the way the materials can be changed at this point.

Thanks Almostfaceman.  Between yours and mine I think the face looks pretty good.  I'll setup the texture for full release.  I'm also almost done (I think) with revamping EDI's head/body mod.  Trying to get her scalp and face to blend together virtually seamlessly is turning out to be almost impossible.  There was a point where I remapped the UVs so they ALL used the scalp texture and that texture included the face, hair, eyelashes in one and THAT assures that the face and scalp blend well into each other.  I've also been checking mouth weights to make sure she fully opens her mouth when speaking (so her teeth and tongue will appear as appropriate).  It is almost ready.

Took a while but I THINK I have an EDI re-do that I can try.  It will no longer work with any other EDI face textures because I've combined the face, scalp, hair, eyelashes all into one texture, all using the same material (Scalp).  I did this a while back but may have goofed at some point in getting my EDI mod updates out, using the wrong mesh.  I've remapped the UVs and have finished fixing errant weights in and around the mouth, teeth, and lips so when she speaks her mouth should look correct (and good).  Hopefully, the face/scalp textures will blend together better because they are all using the same material and texture image too.

I'll clean that up as soon as I can.  I've been cleaning up a few mod collections at Nexus and Moddb and still need to go over the OP here to clean it up (again).

EDI is working out pretty good so far.  Here she is with my latest UV remapping and skin reweighting (around the mouth/lips).  You can see her tongue and teeth properly now (though they are shiny dark gray or light gray depending on whether it is tongue or teeth):

I WILL start playing with some skin tone-ish color for her face/scalp too but am not too sure how it will work out.  Largon had originally told me to just use his hex edited materials from his Eva mod to get rid of a lot (not all) of the skin glossy-ness, and also indicated you have to supersaturate the colors to get something like skin to show.  Unfortunately, his Eva mod is too old to be updated completely so his material hex edits are out of reach - they will not convert to the new format so I will start with what is native to EDI and try specular trickery to reduce some gloss a little.
