Eek!  That's Ursa, not Titan!  :(  Sorry!  I thought you were doing Urb_diff, not Win_diff...

Doh!  I made a goof.  I mislabeled the texture when I converted it.  I DO want to use the Urb_diff, NOT the Win_diff.  I'll swap over to the Urb and dump the Win.  Keep the Win in your list then.

THIS is the one I wanted for urban so it IS the Titan.  Dumping the faux "urban" and going with the real one:

Okay, if you're sure.  You've already put some good work into the Ursa. :)

@Drengin: I think we might have it now!  ;)

Slight alterations to Titan (Urban).  Spilled some camo patterning onto the forearms and added a wee little N7 to the chest.

This is the working version of the Onyx (updated from previous game screenshot).  Now with the N7 on the chest:

Looks pretty awesome, I must say. But why the red stripe is not completed? There should be some red stripe on his right forearm as well.

I think he is working on it, as he said it was the only working version from a previous save. I think upon release, it will be done! :) But, nonetheless if it ain't complete I don't mind, as he's doing it for free. So, whether it features a whole stripe or not; perhaps we can add it in ourselves if the main creator does not feel up for editing it further.

EDIT: This is the retex in ME1, can't wait tho

Stripes all over the place.

Onyx:

I tried to do it the easiest way (edit the texture image) but that didn't work - it put stripes on both arms - so I edited the UV.

I see from the ME1 shot (I use Colossus, Titan, or Ursa as soon as I get them) I need to edit the SPEC a little too so the glow for the armor is the ring and circle rather than just the circle.

You use umodel (and umodel GUI to make it MUCH easier) to extract the textures.  You can extract textures and meshes with it.

Sorry to bother, but I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask.

I wanted to have a femshep/ashley romance scene with mods.

I downloaded this mod: http://www.moddb.com...emshep-nude-mod

and it worked fine in both the shower scene and the scene before the attack on cerberus.

Then I downloaded the updated ashley face and body makeover mod: http://www.nexusmods...s/?id=179&pUp=1

I changed my femsheps romance in gibbed editor, and before I initiated the attack on cerberus, ashely comes in with her modded uniform, so it works fine, up until she says "just shut up and kiss me". The game then goes to an infinite black loading screen. It doesn't load the romance scene.

Shouldn't the scene load because they're just mesh mods? When I used me3 explorer, I only scanned without dlc.

I appreciate any help

The Ashley romance scene has nothing to do with dlc so not scanning dlc would have no effect.  An infinite load screen USUALLY means a PCConsoleTOC.bin issue but installing the *.mod should have updated it.  Try manually updating PCConsoleTOC.bin with the TOCBinUpdater, ME3explorer Tools menu.  Select "File" and then navigate to your game's BIOGame folder and select the TOC.bin file there.  It will update and if it finds anything to update it will indicate so in the main window.  You should then be able to run the game.  The *.mod file contains all the meshes for Ashley throughout the game, including the romance scenes PLUS textures.

Also: what version of the game do you have?  Digital Delux, regular, Collector's Edition?  You are the first person I've received any mention of a problem with the mod so far.

I just ran my own game with the mod applied and had no issues (except I think I'll fix Ashley's hair for the scene - give her the ponytail while in the Alliance uniform with hair down only for the romance scene itself).  I also forgot I had installed a new mesh mod (the bed's blanket cut down so it only covered Ashley's and Shep's waists...surprised that actually worked because the mesh for the bed/blanket was problematic).  I ALSO noted my EDI mod has a fluke...I apparently missed one of the pcc files for her head mesh because her original head was used for the scene in the cockpit just before Cronos and on cronos.  Beyond that, no problems with the Ashley mod.

Update...found the EDI glitch.  BioH_EDI_01.pcc...need to check the mod to make sure that is included.

Thanks for the reply.

I'll try to update it manually and see if it works.

I have the collectors edition, does it matter which game I have for the mods to work?

daholyone11: the manual update can take a bit of time.  It may seem like it has hung but be patient and wait for it to say it is finished.  If you cut it short you will have to recreate the PCConsoleTOC.bin file from scratch using the AutoTOC app (AND WAIT FOR IT TO SAY IT IS FINISHED).

daholyone11, unfortunately it does sometimes matter if you have Collector's Edition.  I do not, I have Digital Delux and there are sometimes enough differences that mods I make on my system do not ENTIRELY apply to Collector's Edition.  When this happens, I generally make available a manual install package with the meshes in upk format and the textures so the user who is having problems can manually install the mod.  In the past, the issue has usually involved DLC mods but I suppose it could also hit main game mods too.

If the manual TOCBinUpdater run doesn't fix it I will start working on an Ashley manual install package (it will involve more files than just about any other manual mod I've provided so far - files that the user needs to mod.  The number of meshes is fairly small).  Let me know.  I'm going to bed now so if there's still an issue I'll see if I can help you with the SPECIFIC issue tomorrow before I get a manual install package put together.  There's only two pcc files involved in the romance scene so hopefully it will be easy to do for you.

Well I updated the TOC.bin file and still no romance scene.

Thanks for the help, but I guess I have to resort to manual modding or whatever you come up with :)

daholyone11: I've updated the mod at Nexus to the most recent (it was one version behind what I have). Perhaps it will fix your issue. You can get it here: http://www.mediafire...over-Fullv9.zip

For the EDI mod update, if you've already installed the edi mod then you only need to run the first job in the job list for the mod, not all the jobs. Select "Run some" from the Run menu in mod maker and click the box next to the first job in the list, then run it and the one missing head mod will apply and all should be right with the world.

daholyone11: if the latest update for the Ash mod didn't fix your issue, here is a manual install package specific for the Ashley romance scene: http://www.mediafire...mance-files.zip

If the tpf doesn't work (because Collector's Edition addressing is different than mine) you can extract the textures from the tpf in TPF/DDS Tools 2 and use Texplorer to install them:

1. Extract the diff, norm, spec dds files in TPF Tools by right clicking and select extract.

2. Open Texplorer

3. Do advanced search for "ASHc"

4. Click on the diff image, right-click, select "Easy" and then "Add biggest image" in the main Texplorer window.

5. Navigate to where the diff image is extracted and select it.

6. Repeat for the norm and spec.

7. Go to "File" in Texplorer menu and "Save Changes"

8.  Wait.  It will take a while as Texplorer applies the changes and rebuilds the toc.bin.  WAIT UNTIL IT SAYS IT IS DONE!  The progress bar will look like it is at 100% but it is still doing updating.

Here is an initial release of the Onyx armor that should be installed over the Colossus mod (the clear face helmet and armor already replaced Collector armor).  It doesn't yet include an edit to the BIOGame_INT.tlk to change the name from Colossus to Onyx...this is for the eager/impatient and as a test.  http://www.mediafire...-manual-mod.zip

I'll provide feedback immediately!

EDIT: I followed the instructions up to 9, when I noticed that I was unable to load the .def file; until I dragged it into the field. However, upon installation I was brought up with this, which I have no clue as of now on how to install. Since, it looks like the program tries to locate the files from a folder that does not exist. Perhaps yours? However, I think I must be doing something wrong.

Here is the pic.

Oops.  I put the def file in instead of the tpf.  I'm uploading the tpf into the zip now. Re-download and try again.  There should be a *.tpf file there now instead of the def.
