Have a question? Go ahead and ask and see what kind of replies you get! Feel free to answer and then ask your own question.

First question:
How do you guys like the new forum?

I'm still getting used to it but it's very nice so far. It was quite a shock to me yesterday evening when I woke up before work, clicked on BSN like I always do, and saw that I couldn't post anything. Noticed the little box that said "We invite you to explore our new BioWare forum..." and was excited. I was sad I had to go to work because I wanted to look around at the new shiny.

Lyn's was working. Maybe you're the problem G! The new forum is too bright. I liked the darker colors from the old one. I was also sad to see the old group go, hopefully the old crew shows up here eventually.

They work on your profile but not in threads. What's the point in that!  :crying:

The forum is too damn white. Luckily there's already a way to fix it! :wizard:  http://forum.bioware...nly-background/

LOL There there, G, I'm sure you'll get over it. At least everyone now gets a chance to pick their own avatar.

I seem to be one of the few people who doesn't think it's too bright. Oh well.

Despite the bright colors there are some handy new tools on the new layout

The main MP forum takes an annoyingly long time to load.  Don't know if that's an issue for everyone, or if it's just my computer/browser.  It's hard to find stuff that was second nature before, but that will change given time.

I changed the background color to black with a browser plug-in thingy, so no more stabbing pain in the back of my skull whenever the page loads.  Mine eyes have seen the glory of the coming of the new forum.

Going back a ways for this question. All the pretty DLCs that gave us new characters have been out for a year so I'm curious to know: Has your favorite kit changed at all as DLCs were released? If so, what was is before and what is it now? (Geared more towards those who have been playing almost since the beginning. If you haven't, what is your fav kit?)

My favorite hasn't changed. The Drellguard is, and will always be, my favorite kit. Mmmmmm dat Drellguard.

I still prefer the older characters as well - human engineer, asari adept, and the 2 female quarians are the ones I play most even now.  (I don't think I could pick one favourite).

Of the DLC characters I like the Krogan Shaman the best.  Biotic explosions + headbutts, what's not to love?

From the beginning, the Turian Sentinel has been my guy.  The kit fits me like a glove--my playstyle and even my personality.  I run him 4/6/6/6/4 and play as a "glue guy," doing a bit of everything and blending seamlessly with any team.

Other favorites:

Batarian Soldier, because punching heads off is fun but wholly unacceptable in real life

Vorcha Hunter, because he's what would happen if Spider-man and Gollum had offspring

Any krogan, because headbutt circles

TBH I've only rolled out my Shaman once or twice. I need to spend one weekend playing all the kits I rarely play.

@passafist Headbutt circles are required for Krogan; I never thought of the Vorcha Hunter as such but now it's stuck in my head; I always get a feeling of satisfaction when I decapitate a phantom with the brofist of doom.

@pk Drell Assassin is awesome! It was one of the few infiltrator kits that came easily to me to play.

For fun, my favourite kits are Krogan Warlord (because Golfing) and Batguard (because JIM!)

If I'm playing to play properly I like: human soldier/engi/sentinel/adept; asari adept, Krogan soldier [because EXPLOSIONS? (in a Mr Torgue voice)]  FQE and if I'm in a snipy snipy mood, the salarian engi.

On plat I can do a good juggie, asari adept (dat stasis) and of course Edi. But also happy to play the fury, which is insane fun on plat, if a bit squishy.

YOU KNOW WHAT I'M GOING TO DO!?!? I'm going to drink a mug of mead and another mug of mead and another mug of mead until I fall down! Then take my Turian Soldier out for a drunk stroll through London.

No. I don't think you'd get around to playing very often to make it worth the expense. I mean, how often do you play BL2 on teh PS3 now?

Thought you are going to be stomping around and bouncing off walls in Titanfall soon? Or should that be, while playing Titanfall? ;P

So yesterday after a break long enough to drop my readiness rating down to about 71%, I played a few matches. Enough overall to buy six Arsenal packs plus a few jumbos here and there. I got two Arsenal packs that had a single UR in, and then TWO CONSECUTIVE ARSENAL PACKS THAT WERE DOUBLE URs.

So my question of the day is:

WTF?
