Speaking of URs, what UR weapons do you like?
The Talon is my favorite. Pistol of choice and I use it on pretty much all characters I slap a pistol on. I always say I'm cheating on the Claymore with the Talon. The Hurricane is another favorite. Great SMG I use on casters or my Turian Soldier for giggles. Scorpion is excellent for trolling phantoms and decorating geth primes with pretty lights. Black Widow is just wonderful and works perfectly with my drellfiltrator. It's also fun to put on a Turian Soldier and go crazy with marksman.

Collector SMG and Lancer are the ones I use most.  I play adepts and engineers a lot and I like that the ammo refills while you are casting powers.

 

The Eagle is another favorite - I use it on adepts so I can run the Commando gear and conserve SMG amps.

 

Valiant, Indra, Javelin and Crusader get some use as well.  The rest I could take them or leave them.

My favourite URs are the Particle Rifle, Scorpion, Talon, Hurricane and Wraith.

 

Slap the Particle Rifle on the Destroyer with Incendiary Ammo and you can kill an Atlas on Gold with one burst, it's amazing!

 

Scorpion because it's the ultimate anti-Phantom weapon, it just locks them up until they explode into a gooey mess   

 

Talon, Hurricane and Wraith are fantastic weapons for any character. They're light and they're powerful.

I currently have two URs at X: the Paladin and Indra.  I've made the Paladin my standard weapon on my "go-to" kit (Turian Sentinel).  I like to spam powers with him and only take 4 in TA, so the 200% cooldown is to my liking.  It also packs a decent punch and is pretty good for headshotting. I'm also warming up to the Indra--I put it on the Turian Soldier with full headshot specs/equipment and he was just mowing things down.  My first-ever gold solo was Reapers/Condor with a Juggernaut wielding a Typhoon. I normally hate soloing, but that was actually kind of fun. SO MANY BULLETS

 

My other favorites have already been mentioned--BW, Talon, Wraith.  I want to like the Particle Rifle, Lancer, and Collector SMG, but all of them are at level II for me. I'm consumed with jealousy anytime someone is in a lobby and has any of those at VII or higher.

Question: What would you like to see at E3?

I want to see the big spectacle that BioWare has been preparing with DA:I. The devs have been tweeting since January that they have something special planned. "Alistair McNally @Al_McNally #E32014 will be a sensual assault on your input accoutremnets via exciting thrilltainment. Calling it now"

I'd also like to see some sort of hint relating to the next MASS EFFECT!! GIVE ME MORE MASS EFFECT!!

I'm hoping we get a teaser trailer or something for Mass Effect 4, but I wouldn't expect much more than that.

 

As for DAI, I haven't paid much attention.  Not because I'm not interested, but I haven't gotten around to finishing Dragon Age: Origins yet, let alone DA2, so I'm not really in a hurry to learn about a game I'm probably not going to play until about a year after it comes out.

I would like to see Mass Effect, Battlefront, Mirror's Edge 2, Mass Effect, Visceral's Star Wars project, Fallout 4, and Mass Effect. I don't know what they are planning for Dragon Age, but it should be interesting.

Now for a new question. Anyone other than me excited for the World Cup? I love soccer/football (whatever you want to call the game with the ball they kick with their feet) and World Cup time is a sacred time for me. I'm sure my brothers found it infuriating four years ago when I'd hijack the TV to watch it all day long when they wanted to play teh ecks bawks. Obviously I'm rooting for USA! USA! USA! but we'll see if they can make it out of the Group of Death.

I'm a pretty big "soccer" fan myself, so I'm going to catch as many of the games as I can.

 

I don't really have anyone to root for, since the mighty Canada never seems to be able to qualify - other than the "glory" days of 1986 (we almost did a goal!!! http://www.youtube.c...h?v=agn5bG6Lo4s ) - but my father is from the Netherlands originally, so I "adopt" the Dutch as my team.

 

Group G looks pretty brutal.  Hopefully the USA can put Portugal out - Cristiano Ronaldo being happy is not something I want to see (apologies to any Portuguese Bronzies  )
