These new forums are scary.
How will they benefit ME3 Multiplayer?

Custom avatars for everyone, meaning the mustard race players aren't able to lord over the rest of us.

And these refresh times are terrible. Shameful is what they are.

Honestly I'm ok with the changes with some tweaks. The white background has to go, the news feed on the old board was cool as well. New forum seems to load a lot slower but maybe that's just temporary.

I was going to post the exact same thing. Literally. "I don't like change..."
Also, someone mentioned in another thread being able to change the color scheme to make it easier on the eyes but I can't find it in the settings menu. Anyone know how? I would have asked in the other thread but it has been locked already. Looks like BiowareMod01 found the new club house.

The biggest issues I have so far is the way they split up the ME3 multiplayer forum into categories, and also how the new feeds and updates operate. Oh and the blinding ceaseless whiteness.
The loading time is way too long at the moment and it is a bit too white, but I kind of like the new design.
It will take some time for me to get used to it.
Frankly, I hate it. It takes forever to browse MP Forums.
It appears to me to be a re-skin with no benefits, except for slower refreshes.
Why is it that when something is not broken that people always feel the need to fix it? I wish there was an option to revert to the old system that was not broken. Now even my Collector avatar and MEHEM sig are borked.

I'm okay with change, particularly technical change, but only if it's measurably better. There is, at this point, some aspects of this I'm not crazy about. The load times seem to be more optimized for mobile users than desktop. I miss being directed to my profile instead of the forum home page.
Oh, and they ditched their website and community identifier, "BSN", for a new web addy. That's just crazy.
There's a couple nice things with the changes, but mostly not. And subforums were a bad idea when you have 2 years of historical threads all in one of the subs. If you're going to do subforums, they need to be there from the beginning.
Biggest problem is that it loads as slow as molasses. Overall, it seems as good a time as any to bow out...at least for awhile.

avatar was always customizable, it was just harder to do
Why do some titles appear bold and others don't? Does that replace the stars?
I think it means that there's new crap that you haven't read yet.
Also, the font for the forum title can't tell "L" from "i".
