They fixed by removing the ability to stack quotes.

I do not like the new changes for the most part but I have cooled off a bit. The white background is still an issue of mine even with my monitor adjusted at low brightness settings.

 

I do like the fact that changing avatars is easier to do. I was unable to change my old avatar on BSN.

I don't actually find the white hard to look at, but it does make the forum's overall design feel really generic. I suppose part of that is because my Chrome is usually on my secondary monitor which is really just a re-purposed TV that doesn't have very high resolution, so I have maybe 2cm on either side where I can see the background.

 

At least my post count is now displayed under my name, in all its 14k glory.

I can't say I'm a fan of this, but the ease of changing the avatar is nice.  It took me a whole 5 seconds to get my avatar back.  As opposed to the several hours it took for it to show up before.  The white, not so nice.

 

Hmm, I'm also not liking this massive colorful bar to tell everyone that I edited my post.  I liked the old version much better.

For those who really don't like the white background, BioWare has acknowledged it and said they're looking into getting us some new colour schemes.

 

Until then, I'd say check out this thread if you're using Chrome or Firefox. The OP links to some addons that will change the colour scheme of pages for you.

 

Alternatively, you can also download a custom stylesheet addon for your browser and do all that manually if you know how.

I looked in that thread earlier and it only had chrome.

I'm actually more upset that for some reason Firefox's in-house spell check is being completely blocked. i m a terrabell speeler.

TBH i feel that this is a good step up from "Legacy" BSN forums but yes i too want a darker theme but i am sure most of us would get adjusted to this new feel.

 

Now the only question is, should we start calling ourselves "TBFers"? Eeek! That sounds silly. I think i will stick to BSNers for some more time before TBF'ers becomes widely accepted/is the norm. Old is gold i guess!
