When I try to log in to my account from the opening screen of DRAGON AGE ORIGINS COLLECTORS EDITION, it will ask for my email and password. Then it'll come up with the TOS's, I scoll down, accept. Then it will come up with a notification that my password was incorrect. I try again, this time purposefully putting in the wrong password, and it'll come up with the wrong password notification right away without even going to the TOS's. Please someone help. I'm really mad that I spent 65 bucks on a game with extras and I can't use the extras.

I have the exact same problem... I can log into the EA account from a web browser just fine. But when trying to authenticate through the game I have the exact same behaviour your seeing.



I hope this is fixed VERY soon..

Verify that you have no special characters in your password. The game doesn't like it, even if the site will accept it.
