I had this mod before I had to delete everything to disconnect my game from Origin Launcher.  I can't remember what it was, but it displayed a ton more information for every skill in the game so I could make better informed decisions about what to choose and how to build a specific character.

 

Does anyone know of a mod that does this or is it possible to make one?

I don't know which mod this is. Advanced Tactics? Combat Tweaks?
