Me too, I liked her a lot more in ME3 than in ME2. they chose a very good looking face model for her, same as for Samara.

I disliked her quite a bit in 2, she just never got my attention as a character, but I really like what they did to her appearance and character in 3. They made her more aesthetically pleasing and advanced her character more beyond 'psychotic biotic'.
Also, 'dat art.
