Wasn't that only at very early stages? Or was it carried through to late stages of development?

 

I'm curious as to how that would have factored in.

Yukiko's cooking and 

 

 

She'd make one terrifying murderer! 

 

I love those little dark side moments of her.

But of course Yukiko is a killer, how else would one explain her stubborn refusal to admit that her cooking is just awful.

This reminds me of the Mystery Food X event in Persona Q (this is only in the P4 story), where Naoto comes up with a plan to device a weapon made out of the girls awful cooking to kill an FOE in one hit. Mitsuru is so impressed that she wants to know the secret behind it, so she may develop such a weapon at the Kirijo Group's Research Lab.. this offends the group, so when Mitsuru asks Narukami (my character) whether I agree that such a weapon would be useful, I of course answered yes. Then things became silent, the girls seemed kinda upset, then walked towards you while Teddie screaming "Aaaah, Sensei, run!". Man, that was pretty funny.

The thing is though that these traits, like the adoration for Narukami in regards to Rise are just a small part of their character (unless you're the insufferable bellend who wrote the characters in Q). Yukiko has her laughing fits and occasional oblivious moments, whereas Chie is a fan of meat and tend to open her mouth a lot, Yosuke is caring and responsible but sometimes his teasing against Kanji crosses the line, Kanji is a young man with a heart of gold and occasionally dense, but on many points he's the most straightforward and level headed character of them all, Naoto has an irrational fear of spooky stuff etc.

They all have these small endearing traits besides their overall depth which is part of what makes them so great. Rise is actually quite caring and worried whenever she's not trying to casually hit on Kenpachi Ramasama Kings-Game-Narukami-kun. Her social link is just not very good and doesn't hold up to her characterization at all.

 

Yeah, I can appreciate the other facets of Rise's personality and her character in general but she just didn't resonate that much with me mainly due to her quirks and why my MC could never contemplate a romantic relationship with her. She was like a little sister to him.

All the P4 girls are awful at cooking. Naoto was the only one who was good because she actually followed a recipe book.

Evidently, I always refer to Naoto in that department myself, sometimes I feel like I want to try Chie but then I remember that I'm not that big on Erin Fitzgerald and I just like Naoto's character too much along with her romance arc to pick anything else. We all have our preferences.

There was never any intention in making Dojima the killer but there was some in regards to doing Yukiko which was eventually moved on to being [REDACTED] as the killer.

The reason why I refer to the Killer as [REDACTED] is because there are some who haven't finished Persona 4 yet and thus it's preferable to simply refer to the Killer as [REDACTED] whenever bringing him up in discussion, unless it's out of context with that.

Playing through P3P for the first time as Minato and holy ****, I forgot how awful some of his SL are. Easily the weakest out of Minako, Yu and him.

I'll have you know that I'm very nice. I'm so nice that all the nice people in the world feel inadequate when near me. I'm so nice that I've stopped the beginning of several world wars, saved a monarchy from being toppled and had both Oprah and Ellen start crying, telling me they could never measure up. I'm so nice that they have seriously considering replacing the word 'nice' in the dictionary with my own name but I'm even nicer because I declined to have that happen because I was being nice to the word nice.

I'mma play some Smash Bros, though sadly without the Gamecube adapter as it also costs the price of a small island nation and the only place that has one for a really cheap price apparently won't get stocked until half a year.. So **** it, I said. Play with Classic Controller then until Nintendo starts producing more of those damn things. Gonna play some Fire Emblem too, really enjoying it.
