Also, I just wanted to ask a favour from you all. Could you please hide new characters and the like under spoiler tags? I'm fine with gameplay and related explanations but I'd prefer not to see any more of the companions if at all possible.

I wasn't planning to spoil them but it was too late by the time I got home last week. I'll see to it that we keep the spoilers to a minimum from now on, I'm obviously not a mod but I'm sure the others would oblige in kind.

Confirmed we're only playing these games for the waifu:

In all seriousness, Shin Megami Tensei still exists for people who prefer that over Persona, their loss if they can't appreciate them for being good games.

Incidentally, Shoji Meguro also confirmed a new vocalist for Persona 5.. dis gun be good. I associate Lotus Juice & Yumi (I think it is?) mostly with Persona 3, while Shihoko with Persona 4.. They did collab in spin-offs and such but I rather the slate be clean with Persona 5.

 

Good to hear we are getting an entirely new vocalist at least. Hope their ENGRISH is better.

Or even better -- Have Atlus USA make the lyrics (I think that's already their job) but if they are gonna make English lyrics then let the experts do it, please.

 

Shihoko sings "gotta laugh at the face of the sad disgrace" as "gotta laugh at the face of the sad discreet?".. It's funny noticing that, and heck.. the songs are still amazing.. but come on. A lot of Persona's songs actually have some very thought provoking lyrics that fit the themes, like Pursuing My True Self. They can do better than this. Still Time to Make History is amazing.

 

This might just be one of the most coherent of all the tracks though^

It's that Igor from the Velvet Room. He can't drive, and whenever it gets foggy, the dodgy bastard has an accident.

And I'm honestly curious as to what's going on in publishing if they put out download-only games on a system with such limited memory capacity (as far as my SD card goes).
