@Rah I'm quite surprised by how attached I am to the cast of Persona 4. Haven't cared this much since 2011 when I played through Dragon Age: Origins for the first time.

@Chris Indeed, I do enjoy the portrayal in how the games manages to incorporate both lighthearted and serious moments. It is an asset that adds color to an already believable story.

Yes, started with Naoto's SL. Took awhile, since I needed to max out my Courage. But if December is free enough with its slots, I'm sure I'll be able to finish it.

JoJo part 4 which P4 is a homage to, did in fact have a slow start. Then the middle and climax really pick up and thus became one of the best parts in JoJo, similar to P4. Slow start, focuses more on the characters and slice of life, then the main story starts to pick up.

My favorite part of that whole hospital scene besides the high emotional aspect is that the game actively uses it against the player. It's a really simple ploy but I've seen several people fall for it, my hat's off to Atlus for that one.

Also Naoto's reaction to the whole affair as she immediately proposes a feasible plan for murder. She can really be constructive with those negative emotions. Plus it's nice to know she cares that much about Nanako .

Very true. I did enjoy how it handled her death, since it was nice to see the varying degree of emotions that the cast portrayed; ranging from anger to denial.

 

lol yeah Naoto did take me by surprise. Was actually expecting her to be the level headed one and say that they shouldn't do it, mostly b/c of her character that I perceived her as, in addition her not being as close to Nanako as the rest, and then when she suddenly told to throw him in the TV I was all "Wait you too!? D:". But yes, it was a nice scene and a fitting event in a murder case to have the team completely lose focus on the investigation. 

 

Figured out it was Adachi that was the killer (surprise surprise) and am now gonna chase after him to the TV world. But I did watch the bad ending with you not telling your friends and protecting him instead. It was just too juicy of an opportunity to miss for me. Amusing end that one.

At the time, the police had no idea that there had been other attempted murders related to the case...You had no reason to say such a thing. After all, there are countless examples of people disappearing for a few days...Yet when I read the list of names, you raised no objection. Odd, that. What do you say to that, Detective Adachi?

I'm still trying to finish Lucifer's Call (aka Nocturne). The first time I got it it was crashing everytime in the same place, maybe due to a support-disk issue.

Now I'm using it on an emulator, and I'm still trying to figure how to get certain fusions to work.

Here here! Something about that rather generic design of Narukami just makes him so damn desirable. Only had to play the game for an hour to go "damn, I like this guy!"

Make sure to go talk with him alone when the chance comes up. It is highly recommended.
