Seeing as even in NA we get screwed over with awesome deals like this, I'm going into pure cynical mode.

Eh, bad DLC practices are bad DLC practices. I'm obviously not going saying Atlus should get away with the same stuff I complain about other companies doing just because they're Atlus or because they're "poorer". That said, I don't consider this to be an example of bad DLC practices. It's an extra character WITH a story attached who players may have the opportunity to get for free anyways, essentially making all complaints here possibly moot. Atlus might not necessarily always be kind to Europe, partly because they don't have a foothold in Europe and given their games are generally still appealing towards a niche audiencce, I can't blame them all too much for that. It doesn't mean it won't upset me, because it does, every time. 

The cost analysis for creating a single character for a fighting game (between programming, art, and voice acting, it's really ****** expensive), I have no problem with them being sold as DLC. At this point we don't really know how signifigant his story is to the overall game.

Does P4s original OP even play in the Golden if you don't do anything on the menu for a bit like P3P would play the old P3 OP after the new one? All I know is to see it's greatness oyu need to go through menus.

That's just silly. They where able to do that for P2 remakes and P3P but not Golden? Guess they wanted everyone to always see the cast dance like idiots with dead bodies around.

Never played portable but I do wonder why they can't just let you choose between the two in Q. I guess voice actors could be a problem but beyond that I can't see anything.

Well, the protagonist won't have a voice actor in Q.

No, the game is coming out in 2 days, so it's safe to say that nothing has been left out at this point.

Watch, Minako is in the game, but she won't appear until near the end, she will then have a tragic backstory where she failed to stop Nyx and everyone died and she is now aloof just like Minato and then sacrifices herself to save the aloof Minato because canon dictates, then to make the game canon, everyone loses their memories of the event but Minako is dead forever.

 

Just watch. Trolling to the extreme.

Q would not work on the Vita because it was designed to use  the duel screens to it's full potential.

 

Though it would be nice to have more games on the Vita, all Q is going to do is be added to my already massive game collection that rivals past gen collection. So step it up Sony!
