It took almost a whole year -- We only just got the game last year, as opposed to 2-3 months between Japan and North America. Alus has a foothold in the US with their Atlus USA, but they don't have any branch in Europe. Usually this means they need other publishers to do it and that always take a really long time.
Not sure if this is the best place for it but there's this. There's some persona thing on may 2nd.

Eh, you're not missing much tbh, it's not a bad game but Bravely Default or Awakening are way better, and unlike Atlus and their crappy "space was limited" excuse, both games are far larger, both gameplay and writing and are just better products.

Word is bond. SMT IV was a letdown in almost everything but challenge. Play Soul Hackers instead.
Q does look more promising though since it does look like they learned not to pull the same mistake again ala proper 3D combat, conversations are similar to Bravely Default ect.
Marie, Theo, Liz and Margret are the only ones that need a trailer now, though Theo and Margret had a awesome moment in the Persona 4 cast trailer.

Nintendo's insularity can be perceived as both a good thing and a bad thing. It handles its IPs with far more respect than the likes of EA and Ubisoft but rarely takes risks with them like they used to. They also hang on to aging concepts like region-locking. And let's not get into the Wii-U blunder.
