My friend is saying JRPGs for the handhelds mostly -- Like the FFX HD for the Vita, Persona 2 etc.

It's the port. IS port was released for everyone.

 

Which makes the situation funny. IS was never released for NA/EU on the PlayStation(you had to play a translated ISO), only EP was. IS is the only one to get a PSP port for NA/EU.
