Gotta hear how discount Baker is sounding -- I actually do like Matt Mercer and he does sound a lot like Troy, especially when he voices Alvin, one could mistake him for Yuri. He's good but he's just not Troy Baker that is.. Not looking forward to Naoto.

I still don't know who voiced her previous, whom had a gorgeous voice, but the new one is called Valerie Arem or something.

*googles* She's alright but she seems to stick to mostly small parts. (Eri, that woman from cod ghosts) I'm not sure how well she will do for a large role like Naoto.

He played Asbel from tales of graces and Aoto from ar tonelico qoga. 2 of the most cringe worthy voice acted characters I have ever heard. (and this is from someone who is mostly desensitised to this stuff) Yeah not good.

There were 2 characters I liked in Graces and that's about it. One was the former Captain, voiced by Jonathan Price (excellent VA) and the other was the girl with the odd coloured hair, forgot her name. The game sucked a rusty firehydrant -- Asbel was voiced by Mr. Generic, which I suppose is just as well since the entirety of the character itself was made up of generic and awfulness. 

 

I love Mercer as Alvin -- I enjoy my Han-Solo-esque character quite much.

One thing I do like is that Todd changed his tone for both Shos. Pun Sho voice is more wacky and immature where serious Sho has a more mature but darker sounding voice. Which fits with what we know of the Shos.

If I was sending waves, it would only be of Minako, with the blue haired brat being taken by Nyarl and is his toy forever.

Have you already played the original version of P3? If so, there isn't a question.

 

If not, you can't really go wrong with either of them and you're best off having a playthrough of both since there are some pretty significant differences in terms of the social links and the like.

There's no reason to play Minato on the P3P if you have already played FES unless you want to have all the s-link items in your inventory and see the new romance scene on the last day(for males you can spend your last moments with Mitsuru, Fuuka or Yukari, females, Aki and Shinji). All the new content except for the challenge area and the second ultimate boss is only for Minako. P3P though is my preferred version because of Minako, gameplay improvements, Theo, the new social links and some of the crappy ones being replaced with better ones, Aki romance and the new ultimate boss (not Theo as you can pick between Theo or Liz, though Theos fight is different then Liz because he uses different personas then her}

I would say for your first pt, FES simply because you will have the 3D world space and cut scenes(which do enhance important scenes in the game and it is a weakness for P3P but for me the price was worth it, I know Chris will disagree with me there though) and the answer, then get P3P if you enjoyed it for the improvements and Minako.

 

Now if you don't mind that and don't have any issues with the visual novel interface P3P has, then go for P3P and then play both sides. Whatever works for you.

Two games I'm really looking forward too and they have to come out at the same time, not even a week between them either ;_;

The end of October is like that for me, lol. WWE 2K15, Asssss Creed and Samurai Warriors 4 all release within the same week. 

 

Still not very hyped for Ultimate. I'm more keen for Q and even then it's a bit eh. Getting more and more antsy for P5. Atlus pls.
