I would like to try this game online, But I have never played my Xbox online before, So I guess that would really make me a noob. So a couple of questions, Do I have to download all the muliplayer expansion packs? I have set-up my online player but thought I would see if you guys might want to help a real noob out. I have played alot of Xbox, Just think it time to move to online play. I could not find the Tin level, So I guess you start at Bronze.

Welcome!  Yes, you have to download the DLC from the online store...it should be free (at least it is on PS3).  If you try to play online without the DLC, you won't find anyone in lobbies.  I'm on PS3, so I won't be able to help you out unfortunately.  If you don't get any responses in this thread, there are some "Looking for XBOX players" threads in the looking for groups section that you could drop your name and probably get some people.

Makes sense if you think about it. Most of the people that actually bother coming to these forums are all are the ones who are really devoted to the game, implying they don't really need much help.

Hi, PC player here. I am kinda stuck between silver and gold. Depends on the classes, I might be ok with gold but I cannot carry if my team dies . I did some platinums when I was 'young' and it was horrible.

I'd be willing to help. I'd started playing on Platinum before I had to start over on a new console; I don't think I can teach that, though. Bronze, Silver, and Gold I'm good for, though.
 
I'm very laid back and am willing to play with anyone of any experience level- if you're struggling to get through Bronze, I'd even be happy to help you out there. My specialty is biotic characters, though I don't have many of them unlocked right now.

I'd also love to find some friends to play Gold with, as well as a group that could get me back into Platinum once I get some better weapons and characters.

I played a lot on Xbox 2 years ago, but I'm starting from scratch in the PC version now.

I'm a little rusty; so, I'm really just happy to take orders until I've got the hang of things again.

Either way, hello, I am James and I would like to be part of this, as an apprentice, if it is still going. I am playing both on PC and X360, mostly PC tbh, GMT+3.

I am trying to get more reliable when it comes to Silvers on the PC, especially when it comes to coordinating a team, because I started playing with some friends of mine and I want to be able to respond when they ask me for pointers. On occasion I have to carry the team through waves on Silver, sometimes I manage, sometimes I don't. I would like to tip the scales towards "do". Upon managing that, I would like to make the jump to Gold. I am usually playing PUGs when I am not playing with the team, so my goal is to ensure that I will be carrying my own weight, at least, throughout the matches.

 

Then, if anyone is up for it, I could use some assistance on X360 so that I will evolve from a terrible player to a bad player, but PC is my top priority.

 

That was a bit more detailed than I'd like, but anyway. Origin and GT are MakoSickness. Do tell that you're from this thread if you add me.

I would be interested in this if anyone is still doing it. I am having trouble going from bronze solo to silver solo. The only way it seems I get past wave 3 is if I am on my GE which I don't like. I would rather solo it with my GI or HMI.

Just some feedback: This program works for me. I now can play gold without consumables and still outscore others:P Time for some Plats! And big shout out to AceXJ, he has been a really helpful mentor!

While I won't make anyone play a specific character / specific load out, I will be happy to make suggestions (if asked).  I won't teach anyone that only plays the TGI, AIU, or Puggernaut.  They also need to be willing to use consumables.

Played online for my first time today. Started on bronze but somehow ended up playing silver, or should I say "tried to play". Could really use some advice as I not really sure what I am doing.  I will keep at it though. I have to say that the people I was playing with where really good about having  total FNG with them. They where probley giving me advice, but did not have the headset set up right. It was fun!
