Or she could be talking literally and simply wants to ride on your back while you fly through the air.
Who asks for things like that of their superiors in such a tone?.. Still sounds better though.

*shrug* Ah well, the game is still fun.
Still isn't as good as any of these.

Yeah the game was very fun, I just don't like fake people. She opens up latter though.
...

This video makes me want to replay another sassy Hawke. I wish at least one of the future companions in DAI will be that funny, Solas maybe? I like the fake-serious/calm peoples who, regardless of the situation, can be snarky without loosing their cool.
More on topic, I drew this fanart of Vivi. Her hat is a nightmare, can't figure out its shape. :\
There are physical and psychological differencies wich are undeniable."Needless political correctness." Heh.
Most women don't fight because it's not encouraged, not because they can't.
There are physical and psychological differencies wich are undeniable.
Between people in general. There are more differences from male to male then there is between male and female, and vice verse.
There are physical and psychological differencies wich are undeniable.
1. Men are generally larger and stronger than women.
2. Men are more prone to violence than women.
Those things do not mean that women are not capable of being warriors, but they make it harder for women to survive as warriors. If the DA universum puts men and women on the same level physically then it should make them physically equal size. That is not the case in DA, just compare shirtless Alistair with female Warden.
So I will stop ranting about this now. Guess I've made my point already.
I guess you have. And admittedly the way you said they were being PC irritated me. But I never said that physical strength wasn't a factor. I'm just aware that there are more important factors in a fight than strength. As a woman who fights to keep in shape (and to keep her brothers in line), I would wager the women of the DA universe are smart enough to know that leverage, speed, and patience will win them more fights than brute strength. Trying to win a fight by hitting as hard as you can only leaves you open. But hey, it's fantasy. And a comparatively puny male warrior can solo a dragon.
Now because I know Tash will come in here and yell at me.. If Vivienne is rich she better not expect me to pay for her robes.

All of her money was tied up in Circle stock. ![]()
Only some of it. The other was tied up in the lyrium market, both legal and the black market as well.
She strikes me as the type that always has a Plan B.
I don't know. She might expect us to pay anyway. Imagine grinding for gold to buy a sword only to realise buying Vivienne shoes will stop her complaining. With some maps taking fifteen minutes to run across it might be best to buy the shoes.

Yeah, then she'd be on Team Benchwarmer.
And does the maps take 15 minutes on foot or with a mount? I don't think they ever specified.
This time around I think Vivi may be my ride or die. Meaning every play through I do, she is going to be in my party. Varric hold that role in DA:2, but I feel like he is my Hawke ride or die. Then again I get to play a dwarf again…hmm.

I would love it if she did that actually, I'd take her everywhere.
Fifteen minutes running on foot was what was said in the twitter thread this morning, I don't know the source of the information though.
Cough* Autobots roll out Cough* I'd like that. Or maybe you can assign roles to your spare team during battlesAlthough it would be a nightmare from a control standpoint, I'd like to have points where we can metaphorically yell "Avengers assemble!" and have the entire party take to the field.
I love Vivi's look
. I've always been slightly awed by the girly girls who muster up the gumption and time and to put themselves together so fashionably- my daily attire is pretty much board shorts, a tank top, and slippers (flip-flops, to those of you not out here in the islands). Can't wait to really meet her in game and have her take my scruffy dwarf-quisitor to task for her lack of good fashion sense!
Anyway- to the point of my post: When I first saw her close up, I immediately thought she resempled Alek Wek, but on closer inspection, her eyes are wider and less sunken, her cheeks are gaunter and more prominent, and her chin is a bit shorter than the beautiful Ms Wek's. Now I kinda think she looks like Grace Bol, but with a thinner nose. What do you guys think?

In Vivienne's letter to the Nevarran ambassador she stated that she was Enchanter to the Imperial Court and personal adviser to the Empress.
I heard a theory that Morrigan is hanging around the Imperial Court and the Empress. If this is true maybe we could see Vivienne vs. Morrigan!
They can have a snark-off.
Oh wow. I can imagine how awesome that could be.
They'd either be best friends or bitter rivals.
I'll bet on bitter rivals, that's what I think at least...

I'd bet on bitter rivals as well since Vivienne approves of the Tower system (it was her ladder to power) and Morrigan had nothing but scorn for it in DA:O.
Morrigan and Vivienne in the same room together would be like a meeting of drow Matron Mothers. A lot of snarkiness, sincere veiled threats and suggested violence that is only held barely in check by the same rulers they both respect.
While I'm betting that Morrigan has seen the benefit of such social climbing by now, I doubt her disdain for Circle mages has changed all that much.
