As for her 'Meet the Heroes' quote, to me that can either confirm or deny a romance.
I took it as completely romance neutral.
I can understand the frustration, i didn't expect Viv to be the next one either because we already know her name and all.
But to 'hate' her because of bioware's decision to show her once again is... dull at best.
They could reveal all of them today at E3 and then people will forget about this

I've seen some posts that implied that, though. I may be wrong.
I did say I was going to take out my disappointment by feeding her to the first monster I saw. But that was a joke ... or was it... 
If someone is willing to dislike a character just because he is more advertised than any of the other news characters, his opinion shouldn't be really relevant to me then. I immediately dismiss anyone having this ridiculous behavior. Next. I just can't take seriously such impressionable people.
It's like those people hating on a character because of its fanbase, nothing to do with the character, but hey for some, it's legetimate to think that way. It's just weak actually.
As for Vivienne, I do hope to see her with her fashion and her glorious attitude, hearing her voice, seeing her strutting again !

I loved the voice in the demo, I wonder if it will be the same. It could have been just a placeholder according to some people.
I think they will have their own unique specs. Well, I'm m hoping even If I'm confident to be honest, lol.
But above all, even if I could be a bit shallow, I'd like to see Vivienne without her hat for once ! 
It's entirely likely that the voice overs in last year's showing were placeholders.

My Inquisitor and her probably won't get a long at all though.
I think Vivienne will be the follower I use to figure out what BW's alternative to 'rival path' is for this game. I know they are doing something different just not sure what that is yet.

My Inquisitor and her probably won't get a long at all though.
My inquisitor will be ruthless, cunning, and sassy, though still a good man. And I like the circle system, ( because I'm having hard times thinking about something better concretely, the system can be improved, not everything was done. ) So Vivi will be my true love if possible, or one of my best friends. 
The only thing i could really disagree with Vivienne so far, could be to convince me to side with Celene for the orlesian throne, while I do like Gaspard to be honest. ( I still don't know who I want to rule though ) But, it seems that if she can " survive ", it wouldn't be a big deal.
I do love ambitious folks, ( It is a quality for me ) I'm not at all afraid of people who value survival, ( I do too, though not at any cost ) I quite undestand it to be honest, especially if the character comes from an environment not easy to live in.
