No clue. She's appealing though. But then, so was Velanna and I couldn't romance her.

Both Vivienne and Cassandra should be fairly old though. Curious. This might be one of the more mature squads we'd have. I imagined bearded Warden dude is fairly old too. Not that I'm complaining (I'm in my 30s).

I think Awakening was simply too short to create a meaningful romance.

If she will be a LI I'll pass.... might be the one party member that will never come with me on missions... kind of like Zevran in DA:O... I really did not like his attitude

I hope she's a love interest, not just because she's beautiful but because I think she has an interesting personality. I feel like the devs are purposefully setting her up to seem pompous, proud and arrogant at the start to emphasise a character change or to mask a difference between that driven personality and how she actually relates to people she cares deeply about, i.e. the Inquisitor and companions. Either way, if she's an LI I'll probably go for her, or she'll just be my new Aveline.

When he says Leliana is the most popular love interest in DA:O by a significant margin, I wonder if that accounts for ninjamances at all, because almost everyone I know ended up in a relationship with her without even knowing it. I know I did. It seems like the only way NOT to romance her is to pick the meanest possible options, or just never talk to her.

I don´t like women who have bald head or buzz cut.

Or warrior women, who are all dominatrices.

I actually hope not. I do want to see that buzz cut.

Why would you wish such a sight upon yourself?

Do you wish to tempt fate? To kick the Tiger? Snare the Dragon?

It's far too quiet in this thread. Have more Vivienne's people!

The dragon helmet looks better than the hat.

The honorable Elijah Muhammad teaches us that we do not need to weighted steel to cement authority.

We need only style.

Not exactly, if a woman is a warrior then she needs to look like it. Not like these wannabe supermodels. Rope arms just do not swing swords. But yes, I see these warrior women in games generally a needles polical correctness move. We just have to be so equal. There is nothing wrong with gender based differences, they are not a weakness but a strenght.

By the Maker, I found a recent fan interview with Mary Kirby suggesting that Vivienne is related to Flemeth.

To swing is ok, average medieval sword's weight was around 1kg, to dismember human's body using it is another question entirely. Its parts has certain resistance.

Swing once yes but swing it for a half an hour, a hour? And cause lethal damage while doing so as you said. That needs strength and stamina.

But it wouldn't bulk up a woman's arms.

You gain bulk by lifting things that are very heavy a few times. Swinging something light for hours might give you definition, but you can still be thin.

A female warrior doesn't necessarily have to be a muscle-bound behemoth.

She just needs to learn the water dance.

I think water dancers would count as rogues.
