I didn't do the Hanar Diplomat in the first playthrough but I am currently nearing the end of my second playthrough for the same career, this time I did do the mission and it still has not shown up.
like I said earlier, it could be a little, annoying glitch for me.... that or, since I didn't do the mission in my first playthrough, would it not show up for me in any playthrough afterwards (for the same career file)?.... If so, that would suck.
