My favorite build is for my Geth Trooper. Powers; Flamer: first 3, Damage, Damage, Armor Damage Fortification: first 3, Durability Hunter Mode: first 3, Power Recharge, Rate of Fire, Speed and Vision Networked AI: first 3, Damage and Capacity Advanced Hardware: first 3, Durability, Shield Recharge, Fitness Expert. Weapons: Black Widow (Extended Barrel & Capacity) and GPSMG (Scope & Extended Barrel).

My favorite is Geth Juggernaut, max weapon damage, max defense, PPR X.

My favourite is the Geth Infiltrator, 46664 build, i usually carry a GPS X.

No love for Engineer?
The Engineer is really good if you build it right. Here's my build: Geth Turret: first 3, Shields and Damage, Armor Damage Hunter Mode: first 3, Weapon Accuracy, Power Damage, Speed and Vision Overload: first 3, Damage, Neural Shock Networked AI:first 3, Damage and Capacity Advanced Hardware: first 3, Durability, Shield Recharge, Fitness Expert. I find this build to be really effective against all types of enemies, especially Overload which rips through Shields/ Barriers and it makes Unshielded/Unarmored enemies fall over or out of cover, allowing you to drill them with your weapon. Obviously you can see the enemies due to HM and you can fire of your turret behind enemy cover to bring them out that way too. If you have your own build for the Engineer that works for your playstyle, use that or even post it on here if you wish. BTW, I do love the Engineer!
