Subforums are a good idea.
I suggest include:
- Previous forums (and move to it the existing forums from "Combat Strategy")
- Problems or suggestions.
- Casual discussion.

Casual discussion? BSN is srs business. Or at least it was. TBF is a mystery wrapped in an enigma.
A lot of forums are already "casual discussions" (They aren't about "Combat Strategy", etc).
More subforums would help to separate what interest less to us.
Other: Rename "Look for Group" to "Look for Group or Member's Challenges".
Subforums are a good idea when the forum has a lot of activity. Me3 multiplayer barely gets any activity though. It's easier if it's all just one one forum.

I agree with this. Seems strange to have subforums for multiplayer when there isn't enough activity to justify it.
Activity is not that low: About 45 topics already had posts today.
If you look them after two days ...
Anyway these could be suggestions for ME4 MP subforums.
Yes but at least 20 of those topics are "does anyone still play this game". Of course this general trend was true at the game's peak as well when at least 2/3 of the daily threads were "this needs nerfed/does not need nerfed and this is why".
