Hey Spawny...we had a great weekend....the weather was beautiful.  Raining like crazy this morning and last night though.

Least it was only rain for you last night Kammie, It snowed here. Middle of April and we get snow....sigh.

Worked Thursday, Friday, Sunday and Monday. All late shifts but had my first of three days off today .

No time for me yet though, helped a friend today and will do again tomorrow. Thursday I will start the preps (and hopefully) painting of the woodwork in hallway and the doors downstairs.

Snow Pfaff ? April can have a white hat the saying is over here but we did not have much of a winter at all for that matter.

Compensated all of the work tonight with a nice dinner; went out for dinner and had some great Greek food tonight.

 

Now home, sipping a white chocolate cappucino and will get some gaming on in a few ;p.

Sjpelke glad you have some time off now and no rest but it sounds fun, I love doing renos! I have 4 rooms to finish here when some more cash flow comes into this household.

 

Phaff, you got snow? I'm waiting for our snowcams to come online here in AU and I feel it can;t be far away as the air is starting to get a sharp nip late night and mornings. I'd love to live in the snow areas, I hate only getting the wind chill from it (we live in a bowl pretty much where it doesn't snow but does around us).

 

GM glad it went great sorry to hear about the rain though, I know I'm glad for some sunny days after that shitfull weather we had for the past week

 

Well onto my second cupper and then charging into the housework *sigh* have a great day guys

@Phaffner We had some snow in the mountains here too - but today sun is shining again, but really chilly, though.

Work in office is calm atm - and soon 2 days off about Easter ( Germany is Friday and Monday a holiday ) So yes - well I can't complain

I live in Australia in a town that is not as remarkable, Albury. Anything of interest is about an hour away in Ned Kelly country/Victoria state  ^^ but we do have some pretty rural surrounding it and of course a few historical spots:

*waves all* I hope you all are doing well April weather up here in the west north part of Germany is doing okay so far. Of course, we all know April does what ever it wants with weather I remember as a child one day it was very warm and next day it was snowing. But hey, I can't complain here this year so far. We had a very mild March with much sunshine, actually the whole winter was pretty mild this year. We started to work in our garden a bit. It will be much work this year, because we had not much time the past years for it and I hope  to get all the planting done in time this year.

 

It's good to have this place here. I'm often very busy atm, but I try to check in as often as possible

Seems BSN has been in turmoil because of groups being 'eliminated'....have been busy in the house with remodelling and painting and swtor is taking up most of my free time atm. *sigh*...hope this group will not be removed .

I don't think so now the game topics are up. Lets see how this rolls now, all we can do sorry you have to work again >< it's a long weekend here which I hate as it means less work for us and we kinda neeeeeed it *shakes fists* anyway I get to play Easter bunny tomorrow at some unruly hour.

One year I remember I ended up drinking with my bestie the night before...so at 2am we were both drunk trying to chalk in bunny foot prints from the front gate into the house

Just got up and it's a crappy wet day ><

I got up late so I crawled on top of my son's bed and bear hug begged him though the blankets to forget about school today!!! YES I AM A BAD MOTHER...it's one day until holidays so stuff it >.> So now I'm sitting here with a big cup of tea listening to music with blanket wrapped around, this is what rainy days are made for! Hope you all have a great day

Yep I'm from the north west of Germany About an hour from the North Sea away. While Aly has got Mountains down south...lol...or area is flat as a pancake

I have recitals for my students tonight.  I will go to the salon and get my hair done up real nice.

 

I am gonna play some pop classics for the finale after my students..I get tired of doing classical pieces.

 

gonna do Lady and Come Sail Away from Styx..both have beautiful piano arrangements.
