Yeah. From the comics, I'm getting the feeling Varric is not quite over his lost love. I wouldn't even be surprised if his personal quest is about him hearing rumors of an certain dwarf lady being spotted and he asks you to help him find her. That can only end in heartbreak. But then again, what is Dragon age without heart break?

Knowing that Dwarves don't dream, totally not over her if that is his primary thought in that rarest of times dwarves enter the Fade. If it's part of his questline to find her, I hope it will factor in significantly, like if the Inquisitor refuses to help Varric it'll result in major disapproval. Or if the Inquisitor does help him, reuniting them will cause the Inquisition losing out on something else like an alliance or resource.

 

Just...no more dead girlfriends/wives. Pleeeeeease.

Well, good luck with dworf romances anyway Aimo! I certanly know the feeling of wanting to be with an character really badly only for the option to be locked out. There is an lady character I would pay double for the game if I could romance her, but the chances of that happening are slim to nill. 

 

And you really are giving me some inspiration again Aimo. I might go back to drawing after all. Maybe even draw your Lady A as an thanks? If you allow it of course!

Hah, I can't draw half a damn, but I know people who can. I was just surprised the other day by JeppeRoemer who drew me up because he wanted to, without me even asking(he likes to surprise people, its awesome). Its about the closest I got to looking like I'm in DA(in real life I actually am an archer and practice short blade combat), hahaha

 

 

Though in Inquisition I think I'll play a lady. I doubt the game will let me have hair as long as I have anyway.

Nice! Surprise art is the best, tbh. Especially when you've had a rough day, it does wonders as a pick me up.

Well, to be fair, for me fanwork does allow more exploration of Alistair's character that's not restricted by the game's plot, so the possibilities are endless when it comes to themes...he can be placed into situations that may be silly, romantic, comedic, serious, cheeky...

Hehe, I've always been lurking, like the Eye of Sauron OwO Thanks for your kind words, and for following Fox & Willow! As a comic artist, knowing that there's readership for it is very encouraging

 

Also, allow me to let you in a little secret; Gideon the Fox? He's named after Gideon Emery, whose performance as Fenris is something both Allison and I love. So maybe one fine day if a Fox & Willow animation ever happens, he's definitely our first pick to voice the titular fox

Seriously to me warden armors are like easy peasy compared to drawing braids. The arrangement of which goes where usually frustrates me to the point that I flail and draw interconnected circles in a line instead >_<

 

Also, A++ for the Iron Giant reaction pic. It's positively criminal that the movie didn't get the marketing blitz it deserved when it came out >_<

An...uh...unofficial continuation to Matt Rhodes' concept art of the warden:

 

And this is a 3-page comic that showcases the idea that you can't ever take the bard out of Leliana in DA:I (also tying in my future Inquisitor Cadash playthrough with my Warden Aeducan's in DA:O):

 

 

 

I wonder if my Inquisitor Cadash will end up as BFF4Lyfe with Cassandra in her playthrough? I hope so, like in this phone sketch:

 

 

But wait, Manuquisitor Cadash doesn't want to miss out on the fan art action too!
