Well, I'm a decent sniper although I give most credit here to repetition and muscle memory. Still my Javelin skills are embarasing, and also my pistol mastery is very low..
I am improving however by not spawn rushing to same extent as before and therefore rage geling too. Nowdays I love finding low skill pugs that have quite good teamwork but just need a fast killer at their side to deal with imminent threats.
The thing that would require some work to master is playing more of my vanilla turians and krogans but since having no dodge means no particular fun for me, that just might stay the way it is.

Right now? Aiming.
Having played a lot of guild wars 2 over the last few months, I seem to have lost the ability to aim and shoot, still playing with mouse sensitivity to make it comfortable.
I do silly things like try to ground target powers, think that dodging will evade bullet fire, and try to tab through targets...

OT: Just everything. I keep dying like I have suicidal tendencies and my SI sniping accuracy is so inconsistent these days I should just put the Black Widow down unless I've meditated and had 3 cups of coffee first. Plus I'm feeling so ultra lazy in game some days I can't be arsed to really flex my ME3 multiplayer horizons and try the kits I've ignored and just want to use my familiar kits.

1. Using Ops Packs earlier. I'm always like, "I can get away before they take all my health down, no reason to use an Ops.... crap."
2. Playing the Jugg - I'm just horrible.
3. Sniping. Some days, I'm on - headshotting running Nemesises (Nemeses?) and making Phantoms afraid to even show their stupid little faces. But then some days, I'm missing Brutes and Atlases.
4. Using ARs. I have used the Talon and shotguns for so long that I find it hard to adjust my play style to using a gun that isn't going to one-shot head asplode the enemies.

Title, 2 years and 10 days playing this game ( since feb 15 ) and I still think I should improve a little bit more as a player, well, not exactly but at least sniping, i'm still horrible at it.
And what about you?, what do you think you can still improve in this game?
You still snipe as bad as you did in the past?
