I need to get better at quitting this multiplayer. Every time I quit, one evening I get bored, look at my other 50 games and say "meh, gonna just play a round of ME3 MP."

This. I even stopped playing Thief to go back and have a couple of rounds with my trusty Krogan. Also sniping. I am suck balls at it.

I need to learn to play alone. I do not like it at all, but the title "lone wolf" is my last out of 25, so some day I have to try earnestly....

And I need to learn how to dodge better and faster than today.

Playing as melee based classes.  I initially really wanted the Krogan characters when Resurgence was released, but ended up not using them much.

Definitely sniping. Otherwise, just, not sucking.

With a lot of new low level players I feel the need to get better at clutching with a wider variety of kits (ie. not infiltrators)

Had a few level 10 wipes recently down to me failing to clutch.  :(

I'd like to improve my crappy internets so that i'm not laggy... 2 years and 10 days  of lag... lol actually longer than that...sigh.

edit: and yeah all these "new" players i wwould like to improve their extinction rate. the last 5 games have ALL been n7 less than 120  not that n7 says much, but it does when you only have 1 mod on a lvl 1 common weapon.... no equipment.. I'm about to go all butthurt rage on the mic to these ppl ... ffs stop dragging gold matches into the slums you scrubs...

So many things it's kinda depressing thinking about it ...

Using a wider variety of characters - my main profile has just over 1700 games (ya I know, not many compared to you hardcores) but it wouldn't suprise me if 700 of those were 1 kit (Put down that Valkryie Max!)

Figuring out the spawns on Ghost .. for the life of me, I always turn the wrong direction on that map .. hate that place ... by FAR my weakest map (compared to the playerbase)

Sniping - I see people post these awesome sniping videos; they make it look sooo easy .. yet I'm simply brutal at it (It's like a cosmic joke the RNG gave me a BW X before any other UR was at 5)

Many things. The first to come to mind are:

Deliberately using a different playstyle more regularly. I like to play it up close with shotguns, pistols & melee and to rush spawns. I´m a bit too much set on regularly using only 2-3 starting points on each map. At the beginning of each wave, I look at where my teammates are and then rush towards the most likely spawn area, using mostly routes and access/RHA points that have worked well before. Given the limited number of maps, this sometimes makes things too repetitive.

Using more characters that I found boring to play and still make them work and fun to play. Something like a sniping Juggernaut sounds terrible to me, but I´m sure that it can be fun if played well.

Dude try the Krogan warlord. Once you go Krogan you won't regret it. Just bitchslap and hammer everything... And grow a healthy respect to the sync killers.

First one that comes to mind is avoiding Banshee´s sync-kills. I have never manage to use ops pack at right moment. When I´m soloing enemies are mostly pushing me and I´m running away of them too much while it should be vice versa.

That whole 'not dying' business.

Situational awareness. I tend to forget what wave we are on.

Situational awareness and character limitations. Seems like every single game I play the BatSol or Krentinel or any character w/o a dodge, I get sync-killed @ least once in the early rounds b/c I let a (usually Banshee) boss get in close to me and forget I can't roll/dodge/jet-pack/slide/teleport out of danger. Must. Remember. Run. Away.
