Friend count

I have no idea how many friends I have because it doesn't show the number any more. It'd be nice to have that back.

The number would also be helpful to know when I get unfriended so I can shed a tear or two. Without that number, I'll never know when that happens.

Is the friend count number really missing, or am I not seeing it?

Edit: Oh and it would also be nice to see on the feed when someone makes a new friend. It gives the opportunity for someone to comment, "match made in heaven tbh" or something like that. I like to see friends making friends with friends.

Just went looking for a number, couldn't find one.

Yeah, I'd like to see the number return. Weird that we can see post counts now but not the number of friends we have. :/

Also when you click on the friends tab it doesn't show all of the people on your FL

Doesnt give the exact number but you can take a look at

http://forum.bioware...friends&do=list

And just multiply all your pages by 25 for an approximate count, or multiple 25 by number of pages - 1 and then count number on last page

Why does the number matter?

You should have friends because it matters. It should not matter how many "friends" you have. You should be content you have friends not how many you have. Being a friend should mean something more then a number.

It really doesn't matter tbh. I don't care if I have none, 1 or 100. We had a number on the BSN of old, so it felt odd not to have one here. That's it plain and simple.

This.

I knew how many friends I had on the BSN ever since 2009. Weird that now in 2014 with the Bioware Forums I have no clue.

To be fair, I doubt you have "no clue."

But really it's the reality of changing to different forum software.  It may seem weird, but it's simply that this current forum software doesn't bother placing a number beside the friends list.

You're on to me. ;)

But alright, its not in the system by design. I can accept that. Bummer, but it is what it is.
