Missed but never forgotten.

I actually found my battered 13 year Motorhead tshirt and went out to have a drink in his honour.

They really were the loudest band on the planet. I remember seeing them at Donnington a few years back, I couldn't hear for most of the next day but it was worth it.

Anyway, the first song clearly says it's a videogame tune. But I asked because the second song sounded like a Megaman Overclocked remix tune, which touches my nostalgia funny steel. But the first tune is way more out there crazy, so it gets much respect for that and doing it well.

The first one is a remix of the song "Dance of swords"  A song that plays during the episode "Steven the sword fighter" when Pearl is sparing with her hologram. The soundtrack in the show Steven Universe by Rebecca sugar is largely inspired by video game music.

The second is from a video game. Undertale by toby fox. I honestly would recommend this game if you loved the earthbound series, the game truly is an experience, It loops because it plays during a battle. If you plan to check out Steven universe then i recommend watching this because the show is quite slow in the beginning, I hope i don't sound like a cultist trying to recruit you:

And yes, Earthbound series is on my to play list (but still need to finish the first NES). Earthbound series looks very impressive and one of a kind, and I wouldn't mind playing something else like it...

 

 

What? That looks and sound just like Earthbound? Crazy that I never heard about it. It's even on sale for 20%, so I might buy it today.

After watching SU I got the sense the music was inspired by video games. Nice little treat while watching. Liked some of the music in "Rose's Scabbard" too (which is probably the best episode in my opinion) 

 

Never heard of Undertale but the music does sound like a blend of Megaman, Kirby, and Soul Blazer all in one. That is a very good thing.

 

Edit-I haven't played Earthbound since it first came out all those years ago.
