I mostly listen to Transformers: The Movie (the 1986 animated one) soundtrack, "The Touch" by Stan Bush works very well for after the final boss battle in ME2 and "Instruments of Destruction" by NRG works for the destruction of Normandy SR-1 at the start of ME2 as well.
