Hi All,
I will be posting this in the Scripting forum as well, just in case people miss it in this one.
Basically, I have updated the official splitstack.xml so that the in game split code works with stacks that also have variables attached to them.

Hi All,
For those following this fix, I forgot to highlight another change in the XML script that I made.
I will update the link above with the additional information for those who may have missed it. The update reads as follows:
UPDATE: Please note that I have added another line in this XML code, which I have not highlighted in the image. It is the part of code within the "inbox" section:
OnUpdate1=UIObject_Misc_SetLocalVarString(local:0)
