Whenever I'm writing scripts in the toolset, every minute or so I get this dreadful mouse lag that lasts for 5-10 seconds. I remember fixing it once based on something I read in the BSN forums, but I can't remember how anymore nor can I find that forum post (if it even ever existed).

I get this on my laptop but not on my main PC. Normally I'd write that off to a laptop's lack of performance but it's an MSI GS70 Stealth (i.e. brand new gaming laptop) which is on a par with my PC which custom built for DA:O (i.e. 2009 gaming PC).

It is annoying as hell as it interrupts your flow when scripting so I'd also like to find a solution.

Is this a new thing or have you always had this issue? If it is new when did it start? Was it proceeded with a change of software or hardware?

It's unlikely to be a performance issue for me too. It's a newer gaming rig with plenty of speed to spare.

It's always been like this, but on my old computer, I fixed it somehow. For some reason, I keep thinking that it's a Microsoft Mouse/Keyboard intelli drivers, but I haven't had either on this machine, so I'm probably mis-remembering.

For me the script editor hangs for a couple of a moment ever X minutes. I thought it was a result of the editor parsing out symbols for the Function, Constant and Variable lists (on the right-hand side of the editor) but playing around with the settings that control these didn't fix things.
