Have you played Witcher
It's like Skyrim but a billion times better
It's even got boobs in it >_> (and who doesn't like those)
But seriously it's awesome. Great story line and characters, and it makes Elves and Dwarves refreshing for once and not super over-used. A lot of fantasy games don't appeal to me because of that, but this one is great sat making itself unique.

I have it, started playing the Witcher 2 first but felt like I was missing out from the 1st. So, I ended up deciding to play the first, but I haven't gotten around to it. It looks really fun, and I'm excited for the Witcher 3

Since my PC is muy garbage, I haven't been able to play W1, only 2. However I just googled the plot and played the 2nd one a few times so I gathered %90 of the plot >_>
I actually started reading the series of books the game was based off of, and they're awesome. It was originally written in Polish so some of the translation can be off at times, but the story is phenomenal. I've already pre-ordered Witcher 3 but it doesn't come out till next February ![]()

With enough patches I can sorta play Rome II now. It still looks like garbage and has awful lag issues now and again--but it rarely crashes these days.

it's true
The entire time I've not been posting here has been spent looking at boobs in Witcher 2

Idk, I'm not really a big one for animated things that are supposed to be sexual. Seems to artificial and cartoony for me to take it seriously in 9/10 cases. Also I despise magic...so witcher probably wouldn't be my thing.
On a hypocritical note: I bought the Dark Forces pack on steam, so now I have Dark Forces, Dark Forces II: Jedi Knight, Jedi Knight II: JEdi Outcast, and Jedi Acadamy. Nostalgia is pretty sweet.

Nice! I've still been playing Jedi Academy on and off for almost 10 years now.

I love Dead Space too! My favorite moment of the Battlefield Hardline show at E3 wasn't the gameplay but the ''largest planetcracker'' reference in the beginning.

I really didn't like The Witcher that much, the choices were too complicated and didn't make me feel heroic or courageous very often.

The point of the game is to make you feel shitty for all the choices you make - it's a lesson in how game devs should do moral struggles correctly. Paragon/Renegade is way too simplistic and untrue to real life.

I don't want to feel shitty though. They shouldn't make games that don't make me feel awesome - like, I'm not learning by feeling bad...anything other that shitty stuff in life happens. I want to ignore when that happens and let other people who have money and its their job to fix it (like the police) handle it. In my free time I want to be a bad ass.
Paragon was too idealistic but renegade was awesome because that's what everyone with balls would do if they had power.
