The title should explain it all. What types of enemies/bosses would you like to see in ME2 or ME3. It could be anything. Maybe something mentioned or seen in ME1 or just something you imagined would be cool.

More vicious fauna on uncharted worlds. Varren are so common...

the Tarrasque from D&D would be awesome especially if it turned out to be a reaper weapon they dumped on a barren world due to it being abit to hard to control.

I'd like to see something HUGE.. like that worm thing in ME-1

but i want em to be bosses.. the thorian-type things would do too

This... Was tired of hearing about a Nathak.. and never seeing one.

Also some Female Krogan and Female Turians as bosses would be sweet, have a feeling that female Krogan would be meaner than a battlemaster.

Also some kind of snake.... all these uncharted worlds.. and earth is the only one with snakes?

Even the metal scaled cats from chronicles of riddick would be nice ...(or some variation of big cat)

I want, at the extreme renegade option, to chase screaming defenseless civilians of all races. I have yet to find a game that allows me to do this to my satisfaction.
