Kill animations and more importantly, Qunari design

Kill animations have always been a welcome thing because after the minutes of bashing an opponent over and over, you're greeted with a satisfying finish, especially with bosses. I dont know how much the races would effect that but its been done before (DAO) so im hoping to see that return.

 

This is a topic ive mentioned before, the qunari designs below, seem too human, this one seems to lack the distinction the qunari had in DA2. Although the iron bull seems to have those DA2 features, i dont know if he's gone through the changes as the other characters but it seems widely agreed from a past post that the newer design doesnt stand out as its own race, it seems more like an african/middle eastern human with horns. Ill be putting another post in the "Scuttlebutt" section to see how the community feels about the design.

They look fine to me I prefer this to the fugly DA 2 design.

The Arishok of DA2 looked awesome. If they made him a little grittier, I'd love the design. Maybe it's just the facepaint and the smaller facial structure that throws me off here, but it doesn't cry out lumbering, scary dude you don't mess with. Instead, it reminds me more of D&D's Tiefling race.

Please no kill animations if they do it better be optional. Damet Alistair get down from what Ogre and defend team.

Regarding Qunari with tattoo they are pre-alpha or even older like first try for desain. It looks like developer draw board.
