Hello All,

So I'm one of those old-fashioned support your local store type of guys, but our only local game-specific retailer is Gamestop. The problem is I prefer playing an adept, and I would love the Inferno Armor. We've got a Wal-Mart, but that's about it for other types of stores that sell games. The closest Best Buy is about 45 minutes away.

So - what are some of these mysterious "Other Retailers" that will have the Inferno Armor? I would love to not drive 45 minutes to pre-order and another to pick the game up next week. Does anybody know? I've called around to any local stores that sell any video games and none of them do pre-orders. Can I get a little help please? I just don't want to mess with the online stuff, so if I can find a store that would have it, I'd appreciate it. Thank you.

Toys-R-Us (unless they've changed in the past couple of years) gets copies of EVERY game released. Just not nearly as many of the games for older people as for younger people. But not many people look to check there, so it is a possibility.

Steam is my second love (after my gf anyway, aww, sweet, i know, im pathetic. But she would kill me if i didn't say otherwise :-P), I always buy from them, takes soo much hassle out of the picture.

CompUsa and OfficeMax sell some games, although I dont think they have new ones anymore.

Thanks for the quick reply. I know Amazon and the EA store have it online, but I don't want to mess around with an online purchase. I'd like to get it from a physical store. I'll check into ToysRUs and OfficeMax. Thanks.

EB Games is gamestop. Or well, in as much of a sense as Steam is Valve.

But also, I forgot about Kmart also.

So is it literally just any retailer other than Gamestop/EbGames that does preorders that would have the inferno armor?

Could be... I found a few out of the way game retailers when I lived in Phoenix if that helps any... want me to look them up?

Sorry, I live in Indiana. The middle of nowhere... I'll just have to bite the bullet and head to Best Buy. Thanks.

All retailers who are not Gamestop have the Inferno armor as their pre-order bonus.

I know you don't want to buy online, but at some point I would give Steam a look. I have purchased my last 5-6 games through Steam and have been very happy with it. I pre-purchased ME2 on Steam Monday and I am looking forward to my Inferno Armor. Plan to play Adept or Sentinel at first so the armor will be helpful.
