i buy the deluxe edition online at gamestop  install it work fine and all but i never see the promo come  i register online  i see where to put  the code  but i dont know where  my code are ? i check my email  all i got is my activation code for install the game, i register my  game online  at  bioware site im  lost now  can someone help thx

The same issue as you but I bought it at EA online store. Didn´t receive any mail with the promo codes, just that one with the code for download and install the game. Thanks.

I got the promo code but when I followed the directions on the card it apparently put the items into the PC version...which I don't have.

I am having the sam eproblem.  I cannot enther the codes to get my deluxe content.  Feel like I have been ripped off...  and no one is responding to this thread as to what to do.

just got email from gamestop look like they forgot to sent the email with the code so try to sent them 1 email Hello,

GameStop will be sending out the bonus content themselves and will contact you with details separately. You should soon receive an email with the keys for the content.

I have the same issue, it's a real bummer, I just downloaded and installed it of EA Download Manager and now what? I will not start playing without my bonus material! >

If you are using Steam then you can get the codes from the View game CD menu option. It was not obvious that the extra CD keys were for the downloadable content.

If I bought from Gamestop I would contact them about promo codes.

If you bought from Steam you get your codes from right-clicking and selecting from the steam games menu.

my promo code won't allow me to download the dragon age armor, just the mass effect one.. i dont own mass effect, im playing dragon age... How do i get the right one when i can't click on it to download it?
