Ok, so ... I've imported My Character from [ME1 & 2] & all of the Decision's I've made into ME3. I have a couple of question's, & I just got on the Normandy. Why is Ken and Gabby (Not) in My imported ME3, I imported My ME2 playthrough where all 12 Squadmate's & Crew [Kelly , Ken & Gabby , ETC...] survived the "Suicide Mission", and I did not do any mission's after the Crew was Abducted to where They would die. Any help would be Greatly appreciated, Thank's?

& How many Mission's can I do before the 1st. Cerberus Mission on Sanctum goes away, I'm wanting to do the Mission to get Javik 1st. Can I do that?

Yes, you can do just about any mission in any order you want(there are a few exceptions to this of course. The Tuchanka Arc has to be done before the Rannoch Arc for example. Also, make sure you complete all the side quests in the citadel before completing the Tuchanka Arc later. Otherwise, they won't be available again). As for Ken and Gabby, they will be available a little bit later as you progress through the game. Just check the Spectre Terminal in the Citadel after every mission. Eventually, it will give you the option to release Ken and Gabby from incarceration.

As for the UNC missions, you can do them whenever you want, as long as you complete them before you assault the Cronos Station.

You can recruit Javik ASAP(as soon as possible). He won't join your squad till you do Priority: Palaven mission first

After you do Palaven, head back to the Citadel and enter the Spectre office across from Udina's office and access the terminal where you're able to give pardons to Ken and Gabby. When you get back on the Normandy they will be in engineering.

Cerberus mission Sanctum can be done at anytime. If you do it after the Citadel coup you will lose out on some war assets(alien medigel experiment)

1) After doing the Palaven mission, go to the Spectre office across from Udina's office. Check the terminal there and you will get a message asking for you to approve a pardon for Ken and Gabby. Approve the pardon and the next time you get on the Normandy they will be there.

2) All N7 missions are available up until Horizon, which is very late in the game. However, N7 missions that you acquire before the Citadel Coup also have a minor fetch component that goes away after the Coup. For instance, with the Cerberus Lab there is an alien medi-gel formula you can get there that someone in the Hospital wants. If you do the mission before the Coup you can get that medi-gel formula there and deliver to the NPC on the Citadel. If you do the Cereberus Lab mission after the Coup the medi-gel will not be there, nor will the NPC who wanted it.

So you have to complete them before Horizon huh? Heh, didn't know that. Then again, I always completed all the N7 missions(don't know why I said UNC, that's in ME1) long before that.

Pretty much, mike and cap got you covered OP. It's been a couple of months since I played ME3.

I was able to complete N7 missions after I did Horizon. As long as they're done before Chronos, you'll be fine.

Thank's for all the Help, & when do You see Thane 'cause I know that You can visit Him in the Hospital before the "Cerberus Coup"?

You can see Thane after Palaven. Go to the hospital and when you exit the elevator he will be on left near the window.

There's an email from Thane when he's available. Most of the time anyone you need to talk to shows up on the Citadel map.

Kelly should also show up on the Citadel around the same time Thane does (not in the hospital, though).  Oddly, Rupert the cook is never seen, heard, or mentioned again.

In general, just to be safe, do all available side-missions before doing Priority: Tuchanka.  Not all of them expire with that mission, but a lot do.  Side-missions you get after that are safe to do whenever you want.

& 1 last question, how can I tell how much Reputation I have from My [Paragon / Renegade Point's]. does it separate the 2, or is part of the same system?

Reputation is represented by the FULL bar next to Shepard's picture in the abilities screen.  Paragon and Renegade together.  For the purposes of reputation checks, there is no difference between them in ME3.

A lot of your questions about character appearances can be answered by simply playing the game. As long as you keep tabs on the messages at your personal computer, and the the computer at the Citadel embassies for the spectres.

If this is your first playthrough I would be careful about this section of the forums. On the old forums they had a non-spoiler section (which was blatantly ignored 90% of the time anyways), but you can except to see some pretty significant spoilers throughout this section. Just a heads up.
