there are some topics that i cannot reply to and some places where i cannot create a new topic. specifically two places were the dragon age inquisition feedback and suggestions (which i could understand) and the dragon age origins --> story, campaign and characters (which idk why). and I'm just wondering why this is? they do not have the closed topic sign on them. and i think i see others adding to it but I'm not sure. there are just some discussions i wanted to reply to but sad that i couldn't.
