I've just bought the game, and I've redeemed Shale and the Blood Dragon Armor which was included in the box.
But where can I find these things? There's nothing in downloadable content in the main menu, even though I am logged in.
I don't understand what's wrong. Could anyone enlighten me?
I see nothing in downloadable content

There's several solutions to the common problems of getting DLC to download in the Redeeemed DLC Troubleshooting FAQ
One simple thing to check is that the Dragon Age Origins Content Updater service is running. Try manually starting it before you start the game.
1.) Press the windows key + R (or click Start and then RUN) and type in services.msc and press ENTER
2.) Locate the Dragon Age: Origins - Content Update in the list of services.
3.) Right click it and select START

As long as the content shows on your Registered Game Promotions Page you successfully redeemed your codes, and don't need new ones.

Thanks Kepha, Now I can see Shale and the wardens keep in the downloadable content area. However, shouldn't Shale be included? I can only buy it with points from that menu :/

Never mind. I found it in-game now. However, it still says that I don't have enough points to buy it. The code didn't seem to work then?...

Shale you will get later... blood dragon armor you get 1 piece of it and you can buy the rest in Ostagar or in your camp... Anybody know why I can't download Return to Ostagar at all? I can't even see it in my DLC. I even tried the services.msc. I am stuck. Tech support hasn't replied to my ticket at all. I even put it in 02/08/2010.

I have read carefully throw Kepha's DLC and she give out a link that you can download to get the Return to Ostagar to show up in the DLC. http://na.llnet.biow...OCP_1_1.1.dazip Here it is. Just download it to the download section. Find the daupdater.exe application, it is usually located in the bin_ship directory in your Dragon Age Installation (For example C:\\\\Program Files\\\\Dragon Age\\\\bin_ship\\\\daupdater.exe) Double click on it to open it.
Click on Select DAZIPs. Navigate to where you have saved the .dazip file and open it.
Now the .dazip file will appear on the Install tab. Select it on the list and click Install Selected.
Restart the game and see if that has resolved things.
