I do that too. I have my main (the female) HE built with the exploding drone and the the dude is no drone full fitness. I've been thinking about trying to sepc him for melee to see what it's like. I can't recall their melee being anything special, though, but maybe it would be fun for if one snuck past and got up close.
I have run a melee HE before. It isn't anything special and the animation is pretty long. There are way better melee options.
I've never gelled with the falcon - just don't get on with it unfortunately.
Try slowing your ROF when facing phantoms, hunters, etc to time up with their stagger immunity cooldown. Getting that pace down helps the falcon truly shine.

Hmm thanks I'll give that a go next time I use it, I always found it too easy to miss shots? Just find it hard to pick up over the venom or adas now.

I always found I did better with the falcon if I didn't aim directly at the crowd but specifically at their feet for bank shots. Just throwing that out there in case it helps. Fun to bounce it around corners, as well.

The Slayer is my favorite Falcon user, but the HE certainly goes great with it too.
that is how my other HE is built. I ran this one for the platinum solo that the video was taken from.
How was the solo with this HE overall?
I have never actually tried a full build without a CDr; I usually use it to make guardians and primes turn around so I can hammer them.
Hmm. Gotta try that combo again. Tried it once, but never went back to it for some odd reason.

This is mine too. Also, Asari Adept with Arc Pistol and Krogan Soldier with Claymore.
Falcon is junk like Striker. If you want to use a projectile weapon, go for Adas because sound and coolness.

It will likely become one of your favorite kits. It is too much fun stun locking everything while you chain tech explosions.
