That's exactly what I meant. The first respec I receive after having 0 will appears as new (the sweeping sheen on the card), but if I have one or more of them subsequent cards will not appear as new. Since the left most respec is new, but the others aren't, it means that one was the first respec I received, and the following two respecs do not appear as new because the system read that I had at least one respec in storage.

So your point is that the system counts the 1st card so if I got 2 Arc Pistols it would say the first 1 was new but the 2nd 1 was old.

The only explanation for that is that each item was awarded going from left to right.

It could also be that the server ran it's RNG, gave the client a code on what stuff to give and it displayed it from left to right. Dunno! Anyway i am jelly!

RNG runs left to right. How does this effect if your going to get a UR or a Katana?

Let's say that your arc pistol is level 5. If you received two arc pistols, neither will be new because only level 1 weapons are new, but the first arc pistol will be a level 6 upgrade, and to the right will be the level 7 upgrade.

It means that if you unlocked the ArcPistol for the very first time i.e at lvl1, then it will say its a "New Pistol". Lvl2 onwards it will display as "Weapon Upgrade"/"Pistol Upgrade" dont remember.

Think of it as a necessary evil. Without it, people would lose interest very quickly and this game wouldnt have been alive half as long as now.

With it, we have to live with whatever it blesses us with.

 

There should be a kind of incentive to play any game. And ME3MP hit the nail on the head despite it still being a "beta" so to speak. Why do you think its still played by many people even when its been very nearly 2 years after launch? Its all about the incentive. You want more good stuff? You play more!

4 explosive rounds III (maxed consumables) and level IV cryo ammo from an SP would be the best I'd imagine. Come to think of it I wonder if anyone has ever got that?

I eventually want to get a 5 cryo rounds pack. That's my lifelong dream; like buying a house in all pennies.
