I'll definitely be staying faithful to Kaidan in ME2, like the other poster said before, none of the other fem. romance options really hold any desire/temptation to me. Though I may flirt with Thane a little out of sympathy for his... "condition".

Me to I loved his character. I enjoyed when i played a fem shepard the talk between the two. Plus i liked him in battle too.

I loved playing with kaiden. when i was a fem shep..the story between him and mine was fun. I always enjoyed talking with him. When i was reg shepard i still used him on a lot of missions.

I love Kaidan.

People say that he forgot about me, it's been 2 years etc etc Cmon, Kaidan still remembered Rahna, the girl he met when he was a kid, why would he forget about me

Kaidan was cool. His backstory was better than most of the other characters (except Wrex and Tali who were my favs). As much as I thought Liara was only allowed on the team because of her mom, my Adept Shepard, Kaidan, Liara team kicked so much ass.

Kaiden had the personality of a 2X4. He was like Garrus, except boring. Malesheps will stay loyal to Ash, Femsheps will cheat with one of three much cooler characters. He paid for being boring on Virmire.

Kaidan is my favorite character and my Shepard's LI for the entire trilogy. Which means that ME2 is going to be seriously disappointing since BW wanted to appeal more to the new fans who didn't play ME than us fans of the first game.

Kaidan was my bro. He is one of the most Badass characters in ME. Think about it - if you where a cruel heartless btard/b*tch then he just faced death with a quiet dignity. That takes enormous testicular fortitude. We salute you dude.

I played through ME1 for a final time to get my saves in order with my mind set to have Ashley live. I ended up saving Kaiden.



Any dude who can break an alien's neck by punching him deserves to live. That's just too hardcore.

kaiden was annoying as hell. He was always whining about the missions, coming close to second guessing shepard, and never really forward enough in the romance.

Wrong there. Most people, or at least the most vocal people, did not seem to be too fond of the ME1 LIs. I, for one, only romanced Kaidan because he was the only male option available and he reminded me a little of Carth. The options in ME2 seem to be far more interesting than Kaidan, Liara, and Ashley combined. Not having very many dialogue opportunities (as compared with, say, dialogue between your character and your LI in DA:O) contributed to their being boring, too.

So Bioware is indeed catering to those who are fans of ME1, they're just not restricting themselves to the fans of the ME1 LIs.
