Has anyone recruited Wrex post-Virmire?

And if so, does he comment on your action on Virmire? How does that change things in ME2 and ME3?

I just finished Virmire and I am getting ready to do Ilos, while Wrex is still at Chora's Den waiting for me to beg him to come along. I'd be really interested in knowing what would happen if I recruited him at this point.

If only someone had a save at that point during the game, so they could check!

He can't be recruited after Virmire. He'll have disappeared from his spot if you go there.

Yeah. LOL. I wonder who though. I guess will never know. Seriously, I doubt he would mention anything, but I don't know.

I honestly have no clue. I'm the kind of guy that recruits people in a certain order every time, and tries to make the story as cohesive as possible.

Better than him still being there and acting like you only just took down Fist, I suppose.

This is incorrect. He is standing in Chora's Den right now. His dialogue still indicates he wants to join our crew.

I have made a save, but I would rather press on without him than spend time trying to find out what would happen if I recruited him now.

Wait you mean he's not waiting by the elevator? He actually migrates to Chora's Den?

Since you mentioned that, I will stop playing ME3 and start a triligy run recruiting Wrex after Virmire to see if his dialogue is different in ME2/ME3

It probably doesn't change much of anything - maybe one line of dialogue.  I haven't tried it, I'm basing that on my trilogy where I didn't recruit Garrus in ME1, and literally two lines of dialogue changed - one each in ME2 and ME3.  He even kept saying how things were "just like old times!"

FYI, not recruiting Wrex effectively kills him - he just dies as a merc in some pointless skirmish instead of on Virmire.

You're right about Garrus. What I found interesting is that if you take him to Sur'Kesh and Kirrahe is alive, they talk like they know each other by bringing up Virmire.

And if you don't recruit Wrex, his brother, Wreav, doesn'r even mention his name at all when you see him(if you decide to) on Tuchanka in ME2.
