Dear Bioware,

 

I bought the DaO - Ultimate Edition via amazon as origin-Code version. Everything worked fine with the standard game ande the addon Awakening. But when I tried to play the other official mini-addons I saw that they were installed but not active. The game told me, that I have to be connected with the account I used to buy the mini-addons. Ok, I thought, maybe I've just downloaded the addons but I have to buy them first. So I bought some Biowarepoints and bought three addons (again?). After that the three addons I bought with the points (the points were taken from my account) were still not accessable for me. The game tells me I have to use the same account I used to buy the addons. But I USED THE SAME ACCOUNT!

 

So... what did I do wrong? Please answer me. I'm not happy with that siutation.

Maybe you have to install update (version 1.05 for DAO). It helped me, maybe it would help you too.

You might have better luck finding help in other forums, for this one is mostly about the BSN itself and the issues here.

 

I have issues in the past and I was having problems with the service running, it seems to happen fairly regularly.  Here is the EA link I bookmarked when I had the issue and it might help you.  The first step is like you listed, but lower down it talks about making sure the service is running.

Having owned Ultimate Edition myself, you should not have bought the addons again.  Have them refunded first and get the 1.05 patch to see if the addons work.  If this does not work, seek support from Origin or perhaps PM the BioWare employees here for help.  http://forum.bioware...ployee-hangout/
