Ever since the new forum came out, I can't figure out how to access my online character profile.

 

Can someone assist me here?

There is a place in your profile to add the links for your player profiles from the old bsn. Click on your profile and click on "my settings",  Then near the bottom of the page is an area to add the links to your games. IE~~

My DAO is http://social.biowar...na_id=749270174

DA2 is http://social.biowar...s&pid=749270174

This will add your badges under your avatar.

I can pull that page up...and add it to my settings...but it seems to only show my achievements and not my characters.

 

I guess it's not a big deal...I just know that the information always showed up automatically before the forum change.

It should have your characters there and the achievements at the bottom of the page.

Characters haven't updated for about a month, but you still get the achievements to update. It might be a temporary change related to the changeover, or they might never update again.

It's a "known" issue. If you go to "Manage Characters" you'll notice that it says something along the lines of "unable to connect to online storage server." People have complained here on BSN and over at AnswersHQ but no one from BioWare or EA has said anything about it. Personally, my profile hasn't update in about a year and a half. Though it doesn't affect DAII profiles strangely.

Mine had not updated for over a month. So, I don't bother to log in now when I play.

Well, it should still update achievements when you log in. So if you do care about the achievements, you might log in to get that to update.

I only have a few achievements left to get, so when I play that part of the game, I'll make sure I'm logged in.
